Hotels near Myotoku-ji in Izu

I recently had the delight of staying at Izu Marriott, and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning location of the hotel. Nestled in the picturesque town of Izu, the hotel is surrounded by stunning natural beauty. The hotel itself is equally impressive. It is well-designed and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff at Izu Marriott. They were incredibly polite and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable stay. Whether I needed recommendations for local attractions or assistance with my room, the staff was always available and eager to help. Especially thank Roshan and the front desk team, who provide exceptional service to us.

　The first time we chose the back of the inn at Shuzenji Onsen, it was the Yukoro Kikuya. It is located almost in the center of the hot spring town of Shuzenji, and if you follow the prefectural road that runs through the northern bank of the Katsura River, there is an entrance to the inn, and there is a parking lot next to it. From the entrance to the main body of the inn, you will pass over the lobby built on the bridge over the Katsura River. Check-in is done on the sofa in this lobby, so you can see the Katsura River from just above the river. As the name ”Yu Corridor” suggests, many hot water areas are connected by long corridors. From those hot springs, I could see the beautiful garden of the inn. The dinner I was looking forward to was called ”Quasi Sakana Kaiseki”, and I was able to choose some dishes as I liked. We were two of us, and we dared to eat different dishes, but each dish looked beautiful and very delicious. Our accommodation plan was a plan to have draft beer free in the private lounge, so we had draft beer in the hot spring and relaxed.

I stayed in a room on the 9th floor of the silver ridge. I thought it was a good inn to have you get a hand towel by the shuttle car at Inatori Station. I thought, but I was disappointed. Check-in was over at 13:30, but wait in the lobby until 14:00. There is no welcome drink while waiting. At 14:00, when you enter the room, you will be guided all at once. Take your luggage and enter the room. The room has a window open bath. Although it has a panoramic view of the sea, the roof of the entrance building is in the way on the west side. It was nice to be spacious and beautiful because it was renovated. However, the service is not good for an inn of 50,000 per person. There is a charge for drinks in the refrigerator, and there is no tea confectionery in the room. There is no guide in the hall and web search. It's free in the lounge on the 6th floor, but it's troublesome to go, so I want you to prepare it in your room. Even though it was a warm time, the open-air room was too hot and you couldn't enter it unless you added water. I was happy to have pajamas. Supper is a room meal, but the pace of coming out was slow, and Mr. Nakai's customer service felt uncomfortable. It's a pity that the sashimi was also dripped and didn't look good. Breakfast is a buffet, but there were few types and the taste was normal. I went to Izu, but it's a content that has no features. I often stay at this class inn, but I feel the simplification of the service and I don't think it's worth the price.

Last time I chose ”room with hot springs”, but this time I stayed in a Japanese room with 8 tatami mats. (It's the cheapest plan) The view is on the other side of the room with a hot spring, and you shouldn't expect it because you can only see the cityscape. Also, although there is no indoor bath, there is a large communal bath, so there is no problem. The large communal bath changes daily, but both are large baths and have good hot water. There is also a hot spring area so you can relax. Now it seems normal to park in the second parking lot (plane) a little far from the first parking lot (mechanical parking lot). But please note that it is a little far away. Well, there is a supermarket just a few minutes walk away, so it's a good plan for traveling alone, and I think it's good because you can relax. If you want to luxury, there are various plans, so I think it is good to choose and stay.

Shuzenji Onsen is more beautiful than other hot spring areas in Izu. The hot spring culture has a long history and has a stronger sense of tourism and vacation. Next time, I will go to Asabaro and Kikuya to experience Arai Hotel. There are more than ten buildings, large and small, which are historical buildings, especially the large bath bath, which is very old and beautiful. This alone is worth the twists and turns of the internal wooden structure corridor and the scenery of ancient trees and koi embellishments. The service has no bright spots, not even comparable to my last hotel, Inatori Ginsuisou, nor the Hoshino World. The food is even more ordinary porcelain. It's very good, but the presentation is not exquisite. The taste is either too sweet or too salty. The breakfast menu is even omitted. There is no other hot spring for guests to enjoy. There is a tea bar for guests to enjoy. The coffee and tea are charged. People have to go to work. The room by the Katsura River is very noisy and the curtains are not blackout The hotel didn't think about providing earplugs and eye masks. Fortunately, I brought them myself, otherwise I would definitely not be able to fall asleep. The service level of the hotel is far lower than that of Crane Yafu Mansion, but the price is not as high as theirs. The only hotel that is a cultural relic is well maintained Shuzenji Onsen will come again Arai will not live again. There is no other pleasant place except for the buildings built by previous generations to appreciate. The high score is also for their Inatori Ginsui Village. Although Inatori is not as good as Shuzenji Onsen, I had a very good time there. Izu Bizhu is full of sincerity

I was able to stay very cheaply with a limited plan in the prefecture. Unfortunately, we didn't welcome you when we arrived. I was just looking at this, and I was mechanically in the lounge, and the woman in charge was with a beginner mark, and I thought, well, it wasn't so crowded, so I thought, well, I should have someone to follow. The bee was beautiful and not so dark as to say, and it was comfortable. The room was ５ floor, the front of the room was a warehouse, the door opened, and the sheets used were not released. Check-in time was over. The room was comfortable, but compared to the picture, the ageing deterioration was progressing. The shape of the sofa was １ below the rank. The rental bath uses haku and tate, Especially Haku was great. Is it okay to use tate １ degrees? It's a young direction. The public bath was also good with the atmosphere. Dinner is Kaiseki ”calendar” Koyomi, no luxury ingredients, but it was very delicious with a hard dish. The amount of drinks was conscientious. However, There were many families who needed small children at the end of the seat, and I was not calm. I strongly think that the family with children and the adult only accommodation group should be divided as much as possible. In the morning, From the early morning, the noise and the noise from the warehouse, it's a violation of the rules, and honestly, I came to my head. Breakfast was disappointing at the same seat as dinner. The breakfast itself was delicious This hotel, Cospa is good, the food is delicious, the bath is enjoyed, and it is very good, but the customer service, especially the female front desk, is very dry and stay I couldn't enjoy it Finally, only the young handsome man at check-out was lucky to have been sent out in the rain with a very pleasant customer service. Great value for money. It is very close to Atami Station, a 5-minute walk, very convenient. After exiting the JR station, turn left and walk straight ahead (passing the bus station, there is a Family Mart opposite). Self check-in, remember to ask the staff for a kettle when checking in, as there is no one in the room; disposable items such as toothbrushes and cups can be obtained from the elevator. However, breakfast is a small sandwich and coffee, which is not full and is not recommended. You can store your luggage in the hotel before check-in (automatic luggage box on the first floor). The MOA Art Museum can be reached directly by bus in front of the hotel, but it is still recommended to go to Atami Station to take the bus, otherwise there may be no seats. The staff is rather cold-faced and unenthusiastic. Another bad thing is that on the way from Atami Station to the hotel, you will pass by a heavenly burial ground, which is a bit unlucky~ Everything else is perfect~

I stayed for one night in early August with a child of 4 and 7 years old for Shirahama Ohama Beach in front of the hotel. The hotel on the beach is very convenient for bathing with children, but I felt that the line was better here. Check in immediately after the temperature check at the hotel entrance (the room key is received after 15 o'clock), free cloak & shower and dressing room & coin laundry is in the same area, so it becomes light It is connected from the entrance to the pool very close and is the best to move. Moreover, it is good to be close to the public bath. It was convenient to go out directly from the pool to the sea in front of you, and there was a free hot spring shower that dropped sand in the pool when I returned from the sea. There is also a paid rental towel on the pool side with a shower and it is very convenient! It was limited to one word. Coin laundry - shower and dressing room - cloak - large bath - pool - sea All of these were nearby and had a good moving line, so it was good not to take tired children around in a large building There was also a free towel in the public bath. It was easy for children without having to return to the room. It was a room plan (main building confirmation) plan, so it was the third floor of the lowest floor in the room, but it was an outstanding view with a full view of the beach and pool. The only thing that is dissatisfied is the dining hall. There is no window on the mountain side of the first floor and the atmosphere like a large hall for the reception a long time ago. I thought this was perfect if I could see the sea on the top floor or the sea. The content of the meal was buffet. It was a buffet level of so-called ordinary resort hotels, but there were no bad or small types, and there was a live kitchen and it was usually delicious. The room had basic amenities, hot water in the pot and free tea and coffee, empty refrigerator, etc.

This hotel is right next to the Mishima train station for both regular JR trains and Shinkansen trains on Tokyo-Osaka line. One can walk in without even cross the road. Access if from the first floor (ground) and the reception is in the second floor. There is a small shopping area in the ground floor. Rooms are of good size with separate seating area. Beds are comfortable and have all facilities expected in a first class hotel. More importantly the toilet and bathroom are in sperate enclosures. If one gets the station side rooms, one could see Mt Fuji in all its glory. Breakfast is good with a choice of Japanese and western dishes; and staff is quite helpful. The only issue is that noise insulation could be little better; it is certainly not comparable to what we found in a hotel situated next to a busy train track.

Hotel is near to the Mishima JR station (about 7-10 mins’ walk instead of the stated 3 mins) but it was at the opposite side of the station where all the eateries and amenities were. Could get really dark to walk from the station especially for the ladies. Public bath/onsen was not bad but the outdoor pool was overhyped. There was a cold pool, sauna too. There are 2 massage chairs. Overall, an dated hotel that serves its purpose for a brief stay with tea and coffee dispenser in the lobby.
