Akari et Kaori Formerly Taizanso

The worst experience in a hot spring hotel, bar none! The hotel is quite secluded, and there are no convenience stores around, which is very inconvenient. After checking in, I found that the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and there were residual hair, which was disgusting. Because it was on the second floor, the water pressure was not good. The water stopped halfway through the shower and I had to wait for a while before the water came back. If these are not a big deal, then the next thing is even more infuriating. My friend stayed with me on the first night, and she sent another friend to live with her before she left the next day. From the beginning to the end, there were only two people every night, just different guests, but the hotel actually charged a third person. I explained it very clearly to the hotel. My first friend only stayed in the room for a while (no more than 1 hour) the next day and left, and did not use any hotel facilities. She just sent someone over, but this was not okay. They had to charge more money, and their attitude was bad. Their English was very poor. They couldn't explain the reason for the charge, and they were afraid that we would call the police if we didn't pay. It was really speechless, a big thunder. You must avoid this hotel. The experience is too bad!
