I am very satisfied, I was pleasantly surprised, and the price/performance ratio is very good, even though it is five kilometers away from the Airport Terminal 2.
Facilities: The facilities are relatively new and complete. A large TV, visually estimated to be 60 inches, from Samsung, although I arrived late and didn't watch the TV. The big bed can accommodate a family of three. The mattress is very soft, comparable to a zero-pressure mattress from a certain season. After two days on the road, I couldn't ask for anything more to lie down comfortably. .
Hygiene: Very clean, much cleaner than domestic chain hotels of the same price range.
Environment: Very quiet, no noise.
Service: I arrived at around nine in the evening and left around three in the morning. The front desk thoughtfully called a taxi for me and arrived in ten minutes. Thumbs up.

A last minute reservation as the previous booking didn’t accept Amex, which wasn’t a problem until verifying the card 24hrs before, the Hollywood Hotel was perfect. We were in Mexico for the F1 and the hotel was perfect! A 45min walk to where we were sat, and no issues whatsoever. The hotel room was clean, provided the basics if you arrive without (there’s a chemist 100yds down the road) and had a huge shower - the bed was comfortable, although another pillow would’ve been perfect Staff very obliging, site very secure and great access to metro etc
