The room was quite dirty, with hair in the shower and a dirty bathroom, very thin toilet paper and they have a technology to turn off the lights that is "smart", for some reason the room was not well synchronized, we called maintenance and still had to sleep with the lights on. In addition to this, they do not have a parking lot with an agreement, so you have to pay an additional $120.00 MX per day to be able to use the parking lot in the plaza.

The hotel's airport pick-up service is very good. If the shuttle bus is not available, they will send a separate car to pick you up. It's a free service. The hotel is very clean. It feels very safe to stay here with children.

It is a basic hotel choice in Mexico City. It is very close to the airport and can be reached in about 15 minutes. The sanitary environment is excellent in all aspects and the staff is very friendly towards guests.
