A nice family weekend in Izola. The hotel is the central part of the San Simon Resort hotel complex. The room is large and spacious. The terrace is spacious with a beautiful view. Some minor weaknesses; empty refrigerator in the room, pool robes were only given upon request. And maybe another little thing. Good sides; extremely friendly staff, cleanliness of rooms, pool and hotel in general, quality and varied food and general atmosphere. I recommend it to families.

The hotel is part of a group of hotels located within a well-kept park. We were greeted by an efficient but very detached receptionist. A smile would have been appreciated. Our room was furnished in a modern classic style and was clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast and dinner are served in a restaurant located at one end of the park. Both meals are self-service but the quality and variety of the food is at the level of a canteen, certainly not of a 4-star hotel. The environment is spacious but anonymous if it weren't for the sea view. We did not use the pool or spa.
