The room was small in first day, after I complained it was charged to better size room. There a delay in assign of room even if you come after check in time. Overall the hotel is good.

The best quality hotel in the Izmit area.
It has a large parking lot and there are many local restaurants nearby, so it is very good for dinner when on a business trip.
The breakfast in the hotel is of a very high quality and the hotel facilities are also well-equipped, including a sauna, swimming pool, and gym.

I arrived early in the morning, but I was able to check in early and rest comfortably. The staff were all friendly and it was a comfortable night. I will come back again next time I visit Izmit.

Great hotel, located centrally in Izmit. The staff was friendly and spoke better English than on any of the other hotels I stayed at in the area. One lady in the bar sounded like she was from the UK despite not being so, so language barriers were not to be seen. The room was clean and the noise levels were low. The breakfast was great, a lot to choose from and it worked well for us non Turkish persons too. What was good: Location Cleanliness Language knowledge with staff Breakfast
