Very easy to reserve online using Radisson app. Very impressed with communicating needs and expectations between Izmir and USA prior to arrival. Was able to reserve a nice seaside view room and arrange for transport (using WhatsApp) from Izmir Airport, to a local hospital and thence to the hotel. Great location, with lots to do and see nearby. Desk team gave me great recommendations for local sights and where to get a great shave and haircut! Breakfast on the 8th floor terrace was great…the selection and view was worth the price in itself! And finally, the room was quiet, comfortable and just what I needed traveling alone. Well done Radisson Park Inn Izmir! Well worth the stay!!!

The hotel location is good. Staff is really helpful. They got car parking facility though you need to hand over the car on the main road. Rooms are very clean, and the washroom has all amenities. Breakfast options are quote less, and the egg station is paid, which was a bit weird. Rest I will stay overall it was a very good experience to stay here.

The hotel's rooms were clean, modern with very good facilities on high quality, breakfast was perfect offer not super large in variety but so delicious.. this is definitely not what drove me to make this feedback, what was exceptionally outstanding was the team, I have never seen this class of genuinely welcoming team with natural level of personal attentiveness, started from the receptionist Dedma who checked me in and was so professional, then the concierge tea. Deniz Deperli that made everything possible to ensure on guest's satisfaction and pleasant stay, as well her colleague Gezia that was taking a look around during breakfast with best attitude and smile checking on guests satisfaction. Sorry for lengthening, but there was as well an unforgettable approach by one humble kitchen worker, I requested a grilled Haloumi cheese that she prepared with pleasure, and 2 days later out of all other guests, she recognized me and with me asking, she asked me and said ” sir, maybe you would like some grilled haliumi, not only that but she has the most natural & genuine smile when I said ” yes, thank you ” This is by far my favourite hotel stay experience in life. Well done Marriott Izmir management and congratulations for having such a passionate people in your team.

Dont be fooled but the past reviews as my wife and I did. First of all the room that they offered was not suitable for a couple, our luggages didnt have enough space, also I we want to go to the bathroom whom it happened to be outside the room, I would have to jump off my husband on the bed. So when we asked for another room, he charged us $60 for the whole 5 days. I am more convince that its a trap to get more money. The bathroom in the new room is soo rusty, the shower head is dirty and awful. My husband had to buy scotch tape to keep the seat cover open because it keeps closing on us. The faucet keeps leaking greenich liquid. On top of that the roudness of the guy at the check in is disgusting and shameful and it continues to the morning hostess to the laudry ladies whom they didnt clean our room on the first day bcs we left our room at 11 am, so they wants us to leave early, how about I plan my trip for there convinience? The next day they kept talking loudly and slap things up just to make us leave. The morning buffet whomnit happen to be the be the same daily deefrost food, we happened to got nothing to do with Izmir's famous breakfast. We couldnt wait to leave that nightmare expirence. I wonder how they got all those certificates from expedia and other sites. I will make sure personaly to let all the travel agencies in Leb that its a trap hotel

Nice and affordable hotel in the center of Izmir. Metro Basmane 7 minutes on foot. Kemer Alty market on foot for 10 minutes. Everything is near! Excellent internet in the hotel. Comfortable beds and a hearty breakfast. Courteous and friendly staff. They will always help. Tea and water in the hotel is free. Very comfortably. We are staying for the third time. I recommend! I will definitely come again.

I booked the hotel via ETS. The hotel appears in the accommodation but not in the press office. Unfortunately, it is just under the press office. Basmane was İstanbul's Tarlabasa. The location is not a place to stay in family. We split two rooms. We couldn't open the air conditioning. There was a very bad smell from the air conditioning. There was a bad smell in the rooms. We had to sleep open in the night. We didn't sleep in it in the street no screams. We spent the night very nervous. Besides it was the hotel clean. The bathroom, the nephremy and the towels were quite clean, but unfortunately I don't prefer it again.

The hotel was stylish and beautiful, it had good night lighting. The inside of the rooms, the corridor and the lobby were very stylish and with a good design. The rooms facing the sea had a great view. The breakfast of the hotel was very varied and of high quality. The mini bar was good. The hotel staff were very nice and efficient and very cooperative. Check-in and check-out were done quickly. The quality level of the hotel was very high and it was a real five-star hotel. It had several pools and thermal pools that we could not use due to time constraints. There were good restaurants near the hotel. The only drawback of the hotel was the location of the hotel, which was located at the entrance of Izmir, and it was far from the center of Izmir and other sightseeing areas of Izmir, so you had to travel by taxi. In addition, the free shuttle to the city center and the airport had been removed for a long time. There was a very large hypermarket in the business center next to the hotel. In general, the hotel was very luxurious and excellent.

When we arrived at the site, the front desk told us that we had not received the order. We waited at the front desk for a long time, and finally swiped our card to check in. The location of the hotel is relatively desolate and there is nothing around. The breakfast may be because I am not used to foreign meals. I thought it was average and there was nothing to eat. There is free parking, the sanitation is decent, the room is not too new, but it's okay.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Hyatt Regency Istinye Park in early November. It was a completely wonderful experience, without exception. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and check in was smooth. Our king balcony room was well appointed and the windows and balcony provided an amazing direct view of the Gulf of Izmir and the city. We were fortunate to arrive one hour before the fireworks to celebrate the Centennial of the Turkish Republic. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from our balcony. The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to Izmir city, and its suburbs, by foot, car, tram, metro and rail. Breakfast was very high quality and included a wide variety of fresh Turkish and western choices. Maja in Guest Relations was wonderfully friendly and helpful, and she made a dinner reservation for us at our desired restaurant on the Izmir waterfront. Thank you to Maja, and to all the professional staff at the Hyatt Regency Istinye Park!

NNeilM2523Our family of five (with three teenage daughters) booked two rooms at the Extenso as a one night stay on arrival from Izmir airport. I made the reservation well in advance (DEC 2018) for October 2019 (half-term break) - it was perfect for us as we were then easily able to catch the train the following morning to Selcuk/Ephesus. Responsive e-mail correspondence. Very good price for a double and triple room (combined total of about £88 at the then exchange rate - about 7.35 TL to the £ - including breakfast). The rooms were modern, spacious and very clean - the hotel itself seems relatively new. The girls' triple room on the top floor was amazing, with a huge, wrap-around balcony. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful - one of the guys at the desk even drove us and our luggage round the corner to the IZBAN/Train station (very close anyway but a nice gesture). Especially liked the extensive breakfast - great selection. The main chef seemed super-proud of what was on offer and spent time helping my wife and daughters make choices regarding some of the unfamiliar food selections. Delicious and typically Turkish. The location is perfect in terms of being a literal, 5 mins walk from the IZBAN stop. You climb up the steps out the station and the Extenso is directly in front (albeit across a main road which needs navigating). This is a business hotel and is geared up for that type of clientele accordingly but this was absolutely not a problem for us. Noise-wise, the hotel is on a busy, main road and I guess it could potentially be a problem for light sleepers (if you prefer to sleep with the window open). However, we were fine. Overall, an excellent value hotel that ticked all the boxes for us - a great first night on our week-long trip in Turkey. Highly recommended.

2. The decoration style is European and classical, with many hanging paintings and an old-fashioned sewing machine from China.
3. You can see the tram through the window.
4. The rooms facing the street will not be too quiet at night.
5. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. But the smoke detector keeps blinking, which I don't like.

OOnur AsilkılıçThe hotel is located in the centre but when you look out the window, you are in a struck-up between the building and you are not 3 metres. There is a parking problem and you can't even go in front of the hotel if you're just as much as the day of Sunday. The staff were very interested, but the room was very small. We stayed on February 5, and we were in a very terrible spirit since the earthquake was in the morning. We didn't remember how we left the hotel.

CChungking ExpressIt is very close to Izmir beach and there is a Chinese restaurant nearby. It is very convenient to eat in Asian restaurants. If you plan to spend a day in Ilmir, it is worth it. There is a sauna facility in the basement that can be used free of charge, and there is a swimming pool on the roof, but it is very small. This is a decent hotel for the price

LLUThe hotel is about 18 kilometers away from the airport. The advantage is that it is very close to the subway station. Basmane Station and the railway station are almost the same when you go out. It is more convenient to travel; from the hotel to the clock tower square Konak Meydani Kunak square can be walked, almost For 20-25 minutes, walk to the beach and turn left. It is about 810 meters from Havra Sokak Street and 1.15 kilometers from Ataturk Monument Republic Square; Saat Kulesi Clock Tower is almost the same. The city is also the center of the old city. The surrounding commerce is developed. There are small markets and restaurants for selling things. It is very prosperous. It is not far from museums, seaside pedestrian streets and other places. The hotel is considered to be a downtown area. The facilities are not new, but overall the price/performance ratio is ok, and eating around is also very convenient; the English of the waiters is not so good, the basic communication is OK, but the attitude is not enthusiastic; the breakfast is relatively simple in self-service, sometimes there are grilled vegetables The eggs are the kind that are made. It is no problem to eat saturated nutrition. Every day, seagulls come to walk and find food on the balcony. Some mountain views can be seen from the balcony.

DDr. Dennis E. EricsonMitte Port Konak Hotel's infrastructure is very new and they have a great breakfast, they have a local variety of cheese very good pastries and some roasted mushrooms and potatoes. So big variety of jams and fruits.
Their spa and Turkish bath was closed when we try to visit normally they say it's free to use for every guest.
The room had not enough windows but the AC was working powerful to the cooldown. Only problem beds are a little small. Wi-Fi is working well. There was a mini fridge. They have safe lockers in the room. They have TV. The bathroom is very good, hot water and water pressure was perfect. Except toothbrush they provide everything.
The location of the hotel is good if you travel with your car or take a taxi but walking to public transportation is a little hard. It may cost 50 TL from the Konak Meydan to the hotel by taxi better not talk during the night.
The hotel staff was very nice to us and other guests. There are many local customers and abroad from a variety of countries from France, China, Iran, France etc.

GGuest UserLocation super. We arrived only for 5.5 lira from the airport by train directly (without transfer) in Basman. From there 5 minutes walk, very close. Interestingly, no one at the hotel knew that you could get directly by train)) From the hotel every day walked to the center. Breakfast was also good - several types of cheese, sausages, sausages, rolled eggs, coffee, tea, butter, jams, warm, torso, etc. The air conditioner worked well. Water was everywhere and free. The room was a teapot and coffee-tea was put every day. Every day cleaned the room, removed the garbage. Staff helped everything. Near a lot of cafes, it was possible to eat until 11th night for a normal price.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself was a comfortable the newish hotel down a very CD side street from the main drag they have obviously tried their hardest to upgrade the hotel which they've done not a bad job the reception and entrance area is clean tidy and very welcoming it has one lift that will serve all floors which is safe but be aware there is no internal door and you will see a moving wall on one side, on entering the room you will find a key card entry system with key card electricity controlling the fridge TV and air conditioning the air conditioning is maintained very well and works officially there is one English speaking news channel within the 40 plus channels on the television until very comfortable beds although the mattress are fast as firm, the bathroom is tight with millimeters to spare to close the door against the basin the wood used in the bathroom is obviously not of the type of that should be used in the bathroom bus the condition is shabby the shower is good with plenty of hot water and complementary shower gels and soaps if there are two of you in a room it would suggest that you will ask for an extra channel as they only supply you with one there is a fridge but no minibar one word of warning there is a very high step to get into the bathroom so if you have had a hip replacement or a knee replacement or you cannot lift your leg too high this may be a problem, we would not break the housekeeping too well as when we arrived there was pastrami left in the fridge when we checked in and only one cup for the tea and coffee making facilities this was however quickly rectified and the service we received from the staff was outstanding, breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. till 10:00 a.m. and is over buffet style there is hot eggs turkey sausage plenty of different breads and simit, Jams honey's tea coffee and cereals, there is no parking of such but there is a concierge service that will park your car and retrieve it at a moment's notice this was highly recommended, the best way to get around is there is using the Izmir card which is available from the train station or the metro station which is just a 300 m walk from the hotel, we found this a great place to stay for a couple of days.

JjohnlR429NAI stayed at the Hotel for 6 nights ..I found the manager and staff. Polite Helpful . Charming and welcoming ..The room was clean well maintained comfortable and bright and cheerful Good wi.fi connection and Air conditioning . Good shower and hot water.. Housekeeping in the room was excellent. Rooms were cleaned and items changed everyday .. The restaurant manageress and staff made a 100%excellent job of breakfast. Great selection of food and beverages available . Warm Bright cheerful area with relaxing music . Staff were attentive to guests needs in ths restaurant /dining area cheerful polite and friendly .. I found the restaurant/ breakfast area very very good regarding the covid 19 . Food was served by staff wearing gloves and masks . Tables chairs etc were constantly cleaned with anti bacterial liquid Hand sanitation was available . No guests were allowed to self service food or drink . The area was spotless well done to the manageress and staff .The cleanliness in the hotel was 100% in all areas . You will feel safe secure and have a very Enjoyable stay at this hotel . I can guarantee this 100%. The hotel is very central to the Metro bus and Tram for easy access to Izmir attractions . The hotel management and staff really do care about the health happiness and well being of there guests who stay here.. This is a family owned and run Hotel. It makes other chain and corporate hotels look very poor in there treatment and care of there guests ..I can recommend this hotel thoroughly to everyone ...5 * treatment for everyone who stays here 👍
