Beautiful boutique hotel set right in the marketplace... took awhile to find this oasis and it was a delight! The courtyard was a quaint dining area and we got to witness a beautiful wedding and a live band. Made the experience extra special. The room is not entirely soundproof if you are sensitive to sound.

Air conditioner not working. It was a horrible experience. When I told the manager that I have to complain, he was laughing and said “ please do whatever you like!”. I should get my money back. It was too late otherwise I would have moved to another hotel.

Excellent location and wonderful (historical) building.
Comfortable room, great bathroom, good breakfast.
The personnel is friendmy and helpful.
The concerts inside the courtyard/restaurant are nice and I was nicely surprised to see how quiet it is in the room nonetheless.
The negative side is the price. Very expensive, even to stay in a historical han.

Even though it was February, the air conditioners were not working, my friend and I were very cold. In the morning we could hear the loud music coming from next door and we could never sleep. There was no yoghurt for breakfast. Even though it is one of the most basic foods, we asked for yoghurt and they said no.

I booked a standard room for one person, and later made up the difference and booked a triple room. But the hotel only gives one room card, and you need to pay a deposit if you want more room cards. A male staff at the front desk has no sense of service. The other staff are not bad. The room has no windows, meaning no sunlight.
