The Turks are very enthusiastic, so the staff has a good attitude. The location of the hotel is good, but the air conditioner in the room can't be turned on, there is no hair dryer in the room, and I can't get through when I want to make a call!

Fortunately this was just a one night stopover for us. It is too bad, with some renovations and clean up the hotel would be nice. It really is a great location and the staff were kind, friendly and knowledgeable about restaurants close by. However, the room was not clean and had a strange odor.

Bad hotel with the bad and Disrespectful, except only one of them was so nice . They asked us to cancel our reservation and take 20% of our payment or call the police and they did it and we took our right after discussion of 2 hours . I don’t advise any one to go there as they’re like this with the tourist .

I have stayed in many hotels in Europe and Turkey, but I have never seen such a disgusting, disgraceful and dirty hotel like Bulvar-Hotel İzmir in my life. The hotel is falling into disrepair, the whole hotel is dirty, the guests are poor quality people. The walls are as thin as a sheet of paper, you can easily hear what's going on in the next room. We stayed two nights with my wife and were very restless for two nights. The guests in the right and left rooms changed twice and we were disturbed by very strange noises until the morning. I wonder if this place is really used as a hotel. It made us feel like it was being used for a completely different purpose. I would caution guests who want to stay here to think again. The staff looks very strict, as if they are beating the guests, there is no smile. The breakfast is just a disgrace. The room and bathroom are run down and dirty. We asked for a quiet room at the back and were given a room that had nothing to do with silence. When you look out of the room you see a disgusting sight. In short, it was the most DISGUSTING hotel I have ever stayed at.
