When we first arrived there were no one there but the cleaners and we had to wait 20 mins till the receptionist came when he came he was friendly and helpful which was okay. When we went into the room the beds were sliding and in the bathroom the shower place did not have a door so when we got a shower water went everywhere and my mum slipped and fell. Our room was just next to reception and they made alot of noise all night and morning which made it difficult to sleep. Great location though.

I went with my group of friends and I was satisfied. According to the hostel category, ***et is a good business. It was written that the rooms were small, but there were large ones, since we stayed for 1 night, the small one was enough for us. As you can see in the photos, it's a filthy room. The sheets and quilts are dirty. The walls are dirty. There aren't even napkins in the toilet. They attached the cornice with something like a wet napkin. It was really bad. I went to sleep for a few hours before my flight. Since I really couldn't put my head on the pillow because of the dirt, I put on a dirty t-shirt and took a nap. My own dirty t-shirt was cleaner than those covers. There was no problem at the reception. Room doors are too close to each other. While people were coming in and out of the next room, I woke up a few times as if they were entering my room. If you have the money, it would be more logical to put in 100-200 more and stay on the basmane side.
