Prestained towels, shower can't keep a steady temperature, rusty towel holders, rusty and broken soap holder, the A/C doesn't work (we kept telling them for a day, 2 people were here, nothing could be done, no compensation was offered so far (still here), it's our pre-wedding night and room is stuck at 25° with high air humidity), wifi keeps disconnecting so if you read this I really mean it - worst hotel experience I ever had to endure.

The hotel is not bad, large, spacious and clean room. It is strange that a double room is offered 1 coffee capsule and 1 bottle of water when the room has 2 guests. The restaurant makes the rating drop because the dinner was nothing special, the breakfast was nothing short of scandalous with a single dish provided in cellophane as if it had been made the night before, as soon as the breakfast service started, orange juice was not available, a basic thing that we found everywhere except here.

Öncelikle otel çok temizdi.Her taraf mis gibi kokuyordu.Bu konuda bize yardımcı olan Hikmet hanima çok teşekkür ederiz.Resepsoyondaki Sabri bey de bir o kadar güleryüzlüydü.Yemekleri kahvaltısı şahaneydi.Mutfak personeli çok ilgili deneyimli ve bilgiliydi.Tam bir aile ortamı sıcaklığı vardı.Otelin tarihi bozulmadan korunmuş ve oteldeki eşyalar o tarih ile uyumluydu.Tam bir sanat kokuyordu.Herşey için teşekkür ederiz villa levante.
