This hotel we put into after my sister had surgery by Ekol hospital It’s old and in desperate need to renovation It’s not in a good area morning here except kebab shops Staff don’t speak hardly any English and the noise is dreadful getting no rest would not recommend at all

The bed is broken. The room is boiling. The air con doesn’t work. Nobody speaks English. They can’t print receipts. The window only opens a crack. Decor is poor. Location is loud. Stuck here with work for 5 days. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Lovely hotel, clean rooms, very friendly staff. Especially, food was delicious. I highly recommend it for both travelers and business folks. There were people having meetings for business purposes. Organizations are properly held at the hotel as I can see.

When I received feedback about the rooms organized for our guests; they generally mentioned cleanliness and quality service. The negative aspect; there may be a noise problem in the rooms facing the street. Another negative aspect is the price.. Tour companies also make sales and you can get quality much cheaper than hotel offers.

They prepare the breakfast according to the busy days of the hotel. The first 3 days of the hotel I stayed at for 5 days had a weak breakfast. Don't you have a standard? 2 types of fruit on the first day became 4 types on the 4th day, 3 types of cheese became 5 types, 2 types of olives became 4 types. This applies to other products as well. Have a standard and have it come out every day. Service personnel are insufficient. Breakfast products run out and you wait for them to come. If you have placed a table in the restaurant section, please open service for each table. It is not for decoration, I guess the tables are for sitting 😅
