Check in is horrible!
Everything else is ok, but you guys need to do something about check in totally slow and completely inefficient!

There is only one bar open at the time, and the drinks seem watered. There is no snacks that you can bring to the pol or beach area. Persinel were not allowed to bring drinks to the beach area. The beach is not suitable for swimming. The food was fantastic.

Good pool bed
Lacked ambience a nice bar and comfortable areas

Customer service was bad. The bed was dirty and I asked to get new sheets and they said it would be a fee for new sheets. Never returning again

The food was surprisingly very good and the highlight of the stay, The hotel itself has seen better days (dirty floors, mold on lamps, broken wall plugs) another downside was the service of the staff as we had to ask for 2 days for new sets of towels before they finally brought them.
