Regarding the service, cleanliness, treatment, they were very good. However, the pools were not so pleasant due to the design and the variety of food in the buffets.

We booked in June requesting a high floor and when we got the lowest floor of the junior suite category right in the trees we asked for a higher floor they told us too bad the hotel is fully booked the next morning we found rat feces as well as ants on our terrace so needless to say we could not use the terrace with jacuzzi and had to keep the doors closed we sent you pictures of our issues already we will never ever use this chain of hotel

I loved the private beach. The service was mostly great. The room was nice & spacious. The service at the beach was the best. The breakfast brunch was was good. The dinner at the Italian place was phenomenal! The restaurant on the beach was all very nice.

The property needs to be updated badly, rooms, pillows, mirrors, lamps, balcony chairs and table, the hall way terracotta tiles are completely finished and dirty along the walls, i think that with this you get the picture...

Pros Excellent service from the staff.
Cons Food was sub-par, very noisy if your room was anywhere near the lobby especially. on 19th floor (we had to move). Not near town, and lots of stairs everywhere.

Las Brisas Ixtapa is a great place to stay. The staff is wonderful, breakfast options are delicious. I just wish the system they have to check in guests was faster and more efficient.
