Popular Ixia 4-star Hotels

Stayed here for 2 weeks in October 2024 and had a wonderful time. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in every way imaginable. Upon arriving late at night, the hotel had left food in our hotel room fridge for us. The next morning we realised we were in the wrong room as we had paid extra for the executive rooms so once we told the staff they went above and beyond to correct this and gave us a complimentary late checkout as compensation which was greatly appreciated. Rooms were spacious with excellent air-conditioning and kept very clean with daily maid services. The main pool and its facilities were very good with plenty availability of Sunbeds. Also had another more secluded pool for anyone looking for more of a quiet area. We were half board but the poolside bar had excellent food and drink available to order at a decent price. Didn't really bother with the buffet style dinners as their wasn't enough variety to our tastes however the food that was there was decent quality. Area surround the hotel has a fair amount of different Restaraunts to choose from within walking distance. With bus stops directly outside the hotel and plenty supermarkets for all your basics. Some minor but noticeable gripes, more with the area than the hotel, are the main road outside the hotel is absolutely ridiculously busy and very loud when you're at the poolside, Nothing the hotel can do about that, but it makes crossing the road to the bus stops dangerous. Also there's a bad smell of sewage outside the hotel but not noticeable at all throughout the hotel. All in all, 4* is very deserved and excellent value for money. We would happily return here in the future. And again your staff is a credit to your hotel very friendly and helpful. All the best for the future Belair maybe see you again one day.

As a family of 8 this was our first time staying here. The security guard was very helpful with our suitcases to our floor on our first night. The main part we loved as a family was the beach was just at the back of the hotel which made it easy in terms of if you wanted an early swim you could just walk out to it. The hotel is also very clean and the staff are all pleasant to talk to. For example, one of us have important exams coming and the staff would often check on her whenever they saw her revising. For anyone who would like to explore outside of the resort, there are plenty of nearby shops and restaurants, we would recommend going on a boat trip to Lindo’s we loved our time exploring it and been on the sea. As a family we would agree that the food was lovely and accommodates all dietary needs, especially as there are two eating spots on the resort. If you are travelling as a family you do not need to worry about entertainment, the resort offers a wide range at the end of the night but during the day the entertainment team will ensure there are things to do such as table tennis, volleyball to aqua gym. There is also a tennis court on the resort. We wish we could personally thank everyone on the team but thank you Bea, Kristina, Alan, Sergio and Spiros for the joy you brought to our family with the entertainment you provided. As a family we would love to thank Mr Kostas and the restaurant team for their professionalism throughout our 10 days. They were always very smiley and attentive by making sure we was ok. They also made sure that there was a table that accommodated us. We would also love to thank George, Nkosi and both of the Mike’s for going out of their way to have small talks during our day, again there could be more names but these stood out. Furthermore, thank you Mr Vasilis and the bar staff for your hospitality. Anastasio was a pleasant bartender and always willing to have a quick chat whilst serving drinks to the point he would often memorise our drinks when he saw us. To summarise, we would recommend having a visit at the resort, it is well cared for by all the staff, in particular Kassini who was our house keeper she was so wonderful and often went out her way with any concerns we had with our room. There are plenty events throughout day to keep all ages entered but if you want to sunbathe there are plenty available to get one when needed. For us the staff made us feel at home which allowed us a family to enjoy the resort & build a wonderful memories due to the environment
