Sol Cosmopolitan Rhodes

I have just had a 6 night amazing stay at cosmopolitan ,stayed in room 412 with an amazing sea view ,the hotel is good location ,average food for an AI ,lots of chicken & pork ,but the breakfast was really good as was the freshy baked pizzas in the snack bar ,the hotel is spotless ,so clean ,the staff are lovely & really make the hotel so welcoming ,big shout out for kiki & marianne who really made my holiday ! Missing you girls already,pool areas are clean & the pirate ship for the lil kids is great Overall ,fantastic hotel ,modern rooms ,good location for old town & airport,beach is just across the road ,it is pebbly but hotel provides free sunbeds on there ,which is a nice touch,there are some negatives but nothing bad 1- sunbeds are getting tatty for a 4* 2-for the amount of rooms i think another lift is needed 3-there was nothing on the AI i drink ( alcohol wise) ,but marianne made me white russians as i normally would have local baileys which all hotels ive stayed in usually do ,she was so helpful 4- i went for a massage & it was 55 euros for 40 minutes ,it was nice but more than a euro a minute i think is expensive Thankyou for a lovely holiday ,debbie❤️ x

What an amazing holiday. We have just got back from a week here and although a bit windy (no one can help the weather) it was amazing. The staff were on point, especially Leslie, Thereza and the rest of the animation team. They had high energy both during the day around the pool and at night. The food was great, hotel and staff too and the lady behind the bar in the evening (I didn't get her name) was lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel and i look forward to going back.

Arrived mid afternoon and walking into the grounds everything looked scruffy and untidy Entered the reception area 2 people standing behind the counter talking ( one guy grabbed our wrists and put bands on when the people had finished their conversation one turned to us and said yes can I help “ we’d like to check in please “ then proceed to ask for passports oh and then said it’s €70 please ( it’s down as a 4* this needs checking ) 2* tops Was told 7th floor …… how do we get there “ up there and the lifts “ Off we went to find the room nice room clean and great view that we requested Then went down to the bar in hotel CLOSED managed to find the pool bar and get a drink ( no food as it was finished ) no signs to tell you times etc and people pushing in the drinks que ( which as your find out is quite common RUDE PEOPLE ) Then the pool bar shut at 17:00 and nothing to tell us what’s open and where so we noticed people going up to a decking area Ah a bar that’s open Katrina and Mikes behind the bar were amazing throughout our stay Including the young girl in the pool bar At this point we wanted to go home and wished we’d never of chosen this hotel Food well that’s a free for all pushing shoving people picking food up then putting it down and finally we managed to eat then back to the bar cpl of drinks and bed hopefully tomorrow will be better Breakfast What a joke under cooked food cold and that would be the last time we went in for breakfast So we had to wait until 12:00 to eat at the pool bar and that was ok pizzas where amazing but on certain days I won’t bore you with the rest of the food issues Decking area Sunday Monday Tuesday night FRENCH music quiz in their group no-one else included So we sat there in constant noise while they enjoyed their fun Every night was the same so we had a cpl of drinks and went to bed Wednesday nigh and Thursday night at 21:30 went to the bar at the bottom of the hotel to watch football and wow how expensive are the drinks in there Saturday night This is where it got good a 40 strong French group over took the whole decking area quiz again like they were the only people in the hotel shouting whistling jumping up and down on seats and security did nothing ( oh yeah there isn’t any ) People we where with decide to enter the bingo but as they were calling the numbers out from inside and someone had to relay it out in English oh and French the 40 strong group decided to be 10 times as loud so we couldn’t hear anything Once the bingo had finished a lot of the big group decided to go in and start singing shouting and dancing Which is fine they are on holiday as well They came back to the decking area and the noise was unbearable and people going back to their rooms So I went to reception and asked if someone would like to ask them to quieten down a bit which the lady did and within 30 seconds of her leaving the area the upped the noise and more were encouraged to join in and mak

Amazing hotel but most importantly amazing staff. I had a great time, people are very warm and friendly. Rooms are clean, view is great, every night there is something planned so you never have to wonder what to do, food is great. A big and special thanks to Mikes and Katerina at the bar for always smiling and giving the best service, never had more lovely and warm people at other hotels.

The restaurant was exceptionally amazing, the waiting staff are friendly and welcoming. They are skilled in conversing with the customers. I visited the spa and had a massage and I would undoubtedly say that they are experts and gave a phenomenal massage. The ladies were Denise and Adda

Have had an amazing week away. Staff were fantastic cannot do enough for you, Food great plenty of choice. Spotlessly clean hotel. Katerina at the bar amazingly helpful, restaurant staff also very helpful. Great hotel for all.
