Sol Cosmopolitan Rhodes

I have just had a 6 night amazing stay at cosmopolitan ,stayed in room 412 with an amazing sea view ,the hotel is good location ,average food for an AI ,lots of chicken & pork ,but the breakfast was really good as was the freshy baked pizzas in the snack bar ,the hotel is spotless ,so clean ,the staff are lovely & really make the hotel so welcoming ,big shout out for kiki & marianne who really made my holiday ! Missing you girls already,pool areas are clean & the pirate ship for the lil kids is great Overall ,fantastic hotel ,modern rooms ,good location for old town & airport,beach is just across the road ,it is pebbly but hotel provides free sunbeds on there ,which is a nice touch,there are some negatives but nothing bad 1- sunbeds are getting tatty for a 4* 2-for the amount of rooms i think another lift is needed 3-there was nothing on the AI i drink ( alcohol wise) ,but marianne made me white russians as i normally would have local baileys which all hotels ive stayed in usually do ,she was so helpful 4- i went for a massage & it was 55 euros for 40 minutes ,it was nice but more than a euro a minute i think is expensive Thankyou for a lovely holiday ,debbie❤️ x

First of all special to the manager panagiotis - Made our holiday extra special. Nothing was too much & made sure we were well looked after. Very professional and attentive. We were moved to room 517, after we had an issue with our first room. Good points: - Watching sunset each night - stunning - Very modern and clean - Comfortable beds - Powerful shower Good animation team!! - Brilliant Greek night with entertainment - Amazing pizza bar (made pizza without cheese for a cheese allergy ) - Good location to Rhodes old town - Plenty of sun bed availability - Good selection of drinks. worth paying for a premium cocktail too - We celebrated a birthday and got given a cake and wine. Very lovely touch. Suggestions: - Pool area needs some attention as quite dated. Maybe a Lick of paint and new sun beds -Lunch and dinner quite repetitive & if you are late a lot of food was gone. - Seating could be better organised, sometimes it was hard to find a table. - The beach could do with some facilities as no where to get a drink/ food. - Seating could be better for evening entertainment at pool bar. Overall fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend!!!

I have to say ! What a gem of a hotel ! After a bad experience last year in falaraki didn’t go with high expectations! But I have to say LOVED it ! Staff were very helpful right from the time we arrived! Room was lovely ! Cleaned everyday ! Food was always nice ! Different theme every night ! Pool bar did fabulous pizzas during the day ! The location was fab ! Could even walk to Rhodes town in about an hour !! The hotel itself and grounds were always kept clean and tidy ! Only little thing was pool was soooo cold but not sure if that was due to end of season ! But would definitely recommend and return !! Keep up the good work guys !

This hotel was better than I thought it would be .rooms spacious clean and a great sea view room.bit disappointed that there wasn't a bath .staff amazing .we went all inclusive great choice food in both pool bar and restaurant. Only problem was food wasn't very hot at times even going down wen it first opened. Would definitely stay here again.very local to everything including the beach opposite

Just come home from a week at this lovely resort (October 21-28). The staff are all amazing and anytime we needed any help they were really helpful and sorted everything straight away! The food is good and what you expect of all inclusive buffet style! The pool bar serves fresh pizzas daily between 12-4 and this was a highlight for us! We stayed in a room with sliding doors (room 83) which was perfect for us, great location close to pool bar and swimming pools. The road noise didn’t bother us at all however on the Friday night we were kept awake until 4.30am by Yannis Bar, the music was incredibly loud and with 2 young children it wasn’t ideal. We went to reception First thing and they moved us within a few hours to the main building for our final 2 nights. I didn’t want to risk being up again.. I was surprised the local bar was allowed to be open that late and the music base was excessive! The staff at the hotel dealt with this amazingly for us and we had no further issues! Anna’s bar on the beach just across from the hotel did the most amazing gyros and she was so friendly! Highly recommend There is a taxi rank opposite the hotel too, making it really easy to get to Rhodes old town!! Less that 10 minute journey and very cheap :) Pools were freezing however the kids managed to somehow play in the shallow pool for a few hours! The sea was much warmer and we went there for some of the days!! You are allowed to take food and drink from the hotel to the beach too! Airport only took 17 minutes from The hotel too Everything seemed to be shutting down around our hotel, some of the bars and restaurants in ixia were closing down for winter too (despite it being October half term for the uk) Overall a lovely week and worth the money :)

We've just come back from our all-inclusive vacation in this hotel, and it was perfect! The room looked even better than in the pictures, and it was cleaned daily by a lovely lady. We didn't stay in the main building but in the building next to the pool, and it was perfect as we were close to everything we needed. The pool was right outside our door, and we also were close to the exit. The location was perfect as the beach is opposite the hotel. The sun beds are free if you are the Cosmopolitan guest. There are plenty of sun beds to choose from. We also didn't have any issues with sun beds by the pool as there were always some free sun beds regardless of the time of the day. Also, there is a bus stop outside the hotel, and you can be in the Rhodes Old Town in a few minutes. The tickets can be bought in the supermarket, which is also conveniently located outside the hotel. Furthermore, the staff was amazing, always kind and super friendly. I've read some negative comments before the trip, but I can confirm those statements weren't true. The staff was always super nice to us as we always greeted them, thanked them for clearing our tables or collecting empty cups in the bar. Huge shoutout to Mikes, who serves drinks in the main bar. He was a literal ray of sunshine, chatty, friendly and kind. He was assisted by Marianna, who was also super friendly and always welcomed you with a smile on her face. Last but not least, I loved the fact that there were dinner themes so you didn't feel like the food was repetitive. There was a Greek night with barbecue outside, Italian night, Asian night, etc. Although I consider myself a picky eater, I could always find something appealing. I highly recommend this hotel! :)
