Atlantica Imperial Resort - Adults Only

Just writing a review of the hotel Me and my wife have been to our favourite hotel 7 times but unfortunately we couldn't go this year as my isn't allowed to fly anymore If people are thinking of going to this wonderful hotel then don't hesitate go you won't be disappointed the staff are the best

We arrived at 2100 and checked in, we were then taken by a golf buggy to our room (205). We were pleasantly surprised by the standard of the room. During our stay we could not fault anything. The staff were some of the best we had ever had in any hotel that we had stayed in. The food was very good with a great choice at every sitting. The staff at the pool bar and the terrace bar were tremendous and very polite to everyone. The facilities throughout the complex were first class. Would definitely recommend a swim up rooms as we used our pool all day everyday. Will definitely be returning to this top class hotel.

Once again our holiday at the Imperial was all we needed, been coming to this hotel for many years and every time we do it seems better and better...some of the staff are still working here , but there a plenty of new faces....ne ertheless the service they provide is exceptional !! I must mention Alex one of the waiters in the restaurant, a lovely man...also Tzambika in the pool bar , always welcoming....so sad we have to come back home....Will be booking again for next year real soon !! Just back from a lovely relaxing holiday at this hotel We stayed in the residence section of the hotel, duplex red carpet room with swim up infinity pool: the room was spacious over 2 floors, bed was very comfortable and I enquired about a different pillow and was offered a choice of about 5 alternatives and I tried 2 and they were very comfortable and helped with my long standing neck ache. Every morning woke with opening of electric blind to overlook breathtaking views of the sea The hotel was up there with the best we have stayed in, we ate at 3 speciality restaurants and buffet restaurant and couldn’t fault any of them. We ate at the Blue Bay for breakfast and have to mention Kiki especially as she always made everyone welcome, she recognised our first time in restaurant and fully explained the menu and options available, she was bubbly and always interested in how your day had been and she gave us a big hug on our last day, she is a credit to the hotel. The breakfasts were amazing too The bars have an extensive choice of drinks and cocktails which my husband attempted to sample them all, varied accompanying nibbles as well as bonus Mini bar stocked up daily, crisps and nibbles along with a chocolate on your pillow at night as part of turn down service, nice touches Moulton Brown toiletries provided as well as shower cap, vanity kit: also nice touch and smelt lovely Staff across the whole hotel were always friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. I would like to also mention Anna Marie and Niko in the lounge bar: Niko had the most infectious laugh and we did chuckle to ourselves every time we heard him, also Mari on reception at the residence as they were always helpful and greeted you with a smile. Bruno at Mylos restaurant, again explained everything and very helpful Varied entertainment around lounge bar inc fire dancers, violinist, tribute bands and a DJ My only fault be it a small picky one was the Atlantica resort app around the restaurants as it didn’t indicate the opening times for the restaurants, but this was a minor thing Wi-Fi was hit and miss but as we were on holiday this wasn’t a major issue for us Hotel offer a coach shuttle to Rhodes for a return fee which we did to Old Rhodes town on an evening excursion which we enjoyed All in all this was one of the best all inclusive hotels we have stayed at and we will definitely be returning, we were just sorry we had to come home. Please acknowledge the staff mentioned as we feel they made our holiday, thank you

Our room was fabulous. The food was excellent really good choices Staff were wonderful and maid service was really good, lovely lady. Highly recommend this hotel This was a new experience us as we normally go long haul, however we will be returning asap

This is a belated review from our recent stay in June 2025. We have been visiting the Atlantica for several years now, and this trip once again lived up to our expectations. Throughout our stay, the service, food, and amenities were all excellent. Every interaction with the Atlantica team was professional and warm. Whether it was Nicole or Panagiotis at the front of house, Kiki and Laura at breakfast, Constantina in the Sky Bar, or Anna and Kristina at the pool bar, everyone made us feel welcome. Mr. Paragor in the main restaurant also deserves special mention for his great welcome at every evening meal. When we dined in the other restaurants, the experience was just as good—Bruno in Mylos, George in Ginger, and Stavros in the Blue Bay all provided outstanding service. Finally, Savvas continues to be a tremendous asset to the hotel. We are already looking forward to returning in September.
