The location is good as it's in front of the station, and there are restaurants nearby where you can eat in the evening, which is convenient.
There was a foreigner at the front desk (probably Chinese), but there were no problems.
The breakfast buffet was on par with that of a typical business hotel, and was neither particularly good nor bad.
Recently, more and more business hotels have large public baths, but this one does not have one.

Although it looks like a historic hotel, the rooms are very clean and tidy, and the service from the hotel staff is also very good. The hotel is directly next to Iwata Train Station, and there are many restaurants next to it. The location is very ideal.
