The facilities are terrible, the bathroom is especially bad and full of mold, and I won't be returning.

This hotel is worth the price or less. There is a washlet, but other than that, the facilities and interior are old. There is a certain sense of cleanliness, but I don't think it can be tolerated by people with germaphobia. There is no main lighting in the room, so it is difficult to work on a computer or other work indoors at night because it is dim. It may be just the room I stayed in, but the drain leading to the bath was clogged, and when I flushed the bath water, it overflowed with the garbage that had accumulated inside. *When I explained the situation to the front desk about the overflowing water, they rushed over and arranged a set of new bath towels for free. Breakfast was not so good either. I wanted to ask for a refund, but the price was relatively cheap in Iwata City, and the service staff seemed to work hard, so I decided to reflect on my choice this time. Did.

昔からあるホテルなので建物は古いですが、清潔に保たれており、フロント、スタッフの対応がしっかりしており、気持ちよく利用させていただきました。
