Hotel is near the kintaigo Bridge. It very convenient to visit most of the attractions. While it's a bit old the staff provide very good service. The facility are quite old too

Perfect location for Kintaikyo Bridge, which I could see from my room. Great onsen and in room massage.

Just good

I visited Kintai Bridge for the second time to see the cherry blossoms, so I visited this hotel for the second time. The hotel is right next to the bridge, the hot spring is very good, soaking in the hot spring under the cherry trees, and the Kintai Bridge is outside the restaurant window, it's so beautiful.

I didn't use the 1300 Japanese-style room. Although the bathroom was small, I mainly went to the hot springs. Breakfast and dinner were included, which was great value.

The hotel is located a few minutes' walk from Kintai Bridge. Whether you take the bus from Iwakuni Station or Shin-Iwakuni Station, it is a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is a relatively old-style traditional and warm hotel. The main residents that day were Japanese. There was a group of Western tourists. The hotel rooms had Japanese and Western styles. I made a reservation for a single room that day, but was assigned a business bed room. The room was very comfortable and clean. The Japanese-style set menu for dinner worked normally. , the service staff are very polite, the breakfast is buffet style, not many choices but enough, this hotel is very cost-effective, if you want to visit Kintai Bridge this is the best choice.

I think the location is very good. There was a wide variety of hot springs and the scenery was great, and the staff were very polite. All the food was delicious and most of the necessary amenities were provided. The rooms were very spacious, although they did feel old in places. However, wherever I walked in the building, there was a smell that reminded me of the hanging toilet balls that are often found in public restrooms, which made me feel ill and was strong everywhere I moved around the building. I wonder what the smell was, but the smell inside the building was just unbearable.

The room is big and clean, the buffet breakfast is rich, the kaiseki dinner is very delicious, the hot spring is big and clean, the Kintai Bridge is right in front of the hotel, the staff are enthusiastic and highly recommended

It was convenient in front of Kintai Bridge. The bus terminal for Iwakuni is next to the hotel, so it was easy to access Iwakuni Airport.

Stayed one night when visiting customer nearby. Room was small, but functional. The problem was thermostat that seemed to ignore temperature setting. I set it to 22C and temperature did not drop below 26C; rather warm at night. Short walk to the bridge.

Came here for lunch which was provided on a coach tour of Hiroshima and the surrounding area so this review is for lunch only. Our meal consisted of a nicely presented bento box with accompaniments. All the food was cold including the tempura items. We had no idea what most things were so it was a case of trial and error. Overall we did not really enjoy it.

It's an amazing feeling to be able to visit in the year that marks exactly 350 years since the Kintai Bridge, one of Japan's three most famous bridges, was first built! And when you visit, you definitely want to try the Iwakuni Sushi! There are many restaurants that serve Iwakuni Sushi, but the best location to enjoy it while overlooking the Kintai Bridge is Sakura, a restaurant in the Iwakuni International Tourist Hotel. Oshizushi, a local dish of this area, is also known as Lord Sushi, and at Restaurant Sakura, you can enjoy it as a very flavorful dish that lets you feel the passion of the maker, even at lunchtime. It's simply delicious! That's all I can say. I made a reservation the day before, and Mr. M, who was in charge, was very polite and I was able to spend a comfortable time. I was very satisfied with the reasonable price, high-quality service and delicious food! It was an unforgettable taste!

This time, I requested a quiet room, but the window at the very back of the fifth floor was next to the stairs, so it was dark and no light could get in. The view was so bad that I asked the front desk for another room, but they said they were all made the same. Even when I opened the curtains in the morning, the sun didn't come in, which was very unpleasant. It felt like a room with a story behind it. When I checked out, I saw another room being cleaned, but there was no wall in front of the window, so I thought maybe it was full, and when I asked, they said there were other rooms available. My husband and I travel every month, but this time we couldn't change rooms, which was a very disappointing trip. I took a photo, so I'm considering posting it on a travel site review. It was a shame because the service and location were good.

We got a good deal for the early bird rate, but it was an old hotel. Our room was on the mountainside, but it was a very clean hotel, and the location of the breakfast venue and the open-air bath was also very nice. The only disappointment was that we couldn't see the bridge while in the open-air bath... We were close to the Kintai Bridge, so we could see it from the window at a nice angle, and my husband and daughter and I said how nice it was, and it became a hotel with wonderful memories.
