On the 7th floor of the east building, when I got off the elevator, there were two stairs in the corridor and there was no slope, so I couldn't use the cart to the front of the room. After using the cart, you have to return it to the front desk, which is very troublesome. Many of the facilities were not barrier-free. In the room, the air conditioner is placed on the floor, so the effect is not uniform, and the bed right next to the air conditioner is cold due to the direct blow of the cold wind. The walls of the room are so thin that you can hear what the conversation in the next room is saying. The man and woman in the next room were arguing all night long and it was so noisy that I could hardly sleep. As for the dining place, it was difficult to understand the dinner venue, and I thought it would be difficult to understand only with the paper map given to me and the map on the website. The dinner buffet did not have local specialties and was a normal selection. But the roast beef was delicious.

It's a very clean hotel, and even though there were a lot of children in the room next door, it was completely quiet and the heat on the walls didn't bother me. It's comfortable too. It becomes unclear how much of this is a hotel service and which is a spa resort facility. However, even within a spa resort, it is convenient because you can receive shopping and services in your hotel room and produce items all at once when you check out. When I asked about it, I was told that the voucher is separate from the hotel stay, so you can use the spa resort's facilities for the rest of the day even after you check out. There were some parts that I hadn't seen yet, so I was glad that I was able to take a dip in the hot springs at the spa resort after checking out. I'm a little disappointed that the explanation about this part was difficult to understand in the pamphlet and the initial explanation. Also, it would have been nice if the dinner (buffet) time had been set a little longer, as everyone came all at once and it got pretty crowded. But overall it was a satisfying and enjoyable trip.
