Bathroom was disgusting and seems not updated since 1975. No shower only hot or cold faucet. Tub not cleaned since early 80’s. Do not recommend. Will never stay here again. $1300 a night a room is a joke. Staff unwilling to take look at the room to verify condition.

The children were looking forward to the trip during the summer vacation, but I booked two rooms, and one room smelled of cigarettes and gave me a headache. Buffet,,, The lady in charge of the drinks is really, really bad. My child spilled a little milk and was stared at, and I couldn't eat a delicious meal at all. I had a bad meal. Since it was summer vacation, the slider was crowded and I couldn't ride it at all. I paid a lot of money and felt like I had lost my trip.

It was my first stay with my daughters and their children, a total of 7 people. Is the room 10 tatami mats + 8 tatami mats? It is a type that is divided into each Japanese-style room at the entrance, and uses futons, but it is very fresh for my grandchildren, who are two boys and two girls all year round, like a school excursion. was. The rooms are new and clean. Our family was deeply moved when, in the second half of the evening show, playing in the pool, our youngest grandchild fell off a bench and hit his face, crying so hard that the staff helped us to remove ice and a towel. After that, I was looking for a medical room, and I was late arriving at the dinner venue, and I was worried that I would hardly have time to eat. I was told that I could eat without rushing. There was no rush during the meal, and everyone was able to finish the meal deliciously. Thank you very much to all the staff. I look forward to hearing from you again.

It is difficult to move laterally because there is a distance depending on the building of the hotel. In the east wing, it is far to go to the pool or to eat. On the 7th floor of the east building, when I got off the elevator, there were two stairs in the corridor and there was no slope, so I couldn't use the cart to the front of the room. After using the cart, you have to return it to the front desk, which is very troublesome. Many of the facilities were not barrier-free. In the room, the air conditioner is placed on the floor, so the effect is not uniform, and the bed right next to the air conditioner is cold due to the direct blow of the cold wind. The walls of the room are so thin that you can hear what the conversation in the next room is saying. The man and woman in the next room were arguing all night long and it was so noisy that I could hardly sleep. As for the dining place, it was difficult to understand the dinner venue, and I thought it would be difficult to understand only with the paper map given to me and the map on the website. The dinner buffet did not have local specialties and was a normal selection. But the roast beef was delicious.

It's a very clean hotel, and even though there were a lot of children in the room next door, it was completely quiet and the heat on the walls didn't bother me. It's comfortable too. It also comes with a ticket to use the spa resort's facilities, which saves time, but it's a little confusing. It becomes unclear how much of this is a hotel service and which is a spa resort facility. However, even within a spa resort, it is convenient because you can receive shopping and services in your hotel room and produce items all at once when you check out. When I asked about it, I was told that the voucher is separate from the hotel stay, so you can use the spa resort's facilities for the rest of the day even after you check out. There were some parts that I hadn't seen yet, so I was glad that I was able to take a dip in the hot springs at the spa resort after checking out. I'm a little disappointed that the explanation about this part was difficult to understand in the pamphlet and the initial explanation. Also, it would have been nice if the dinner (buffet) time had been set a little longer, as everyone came all at once and it got pretty crowded. But overall it was a satisfying and enjoyable trip.
