Все очень понравилось! Сервис 100 баллов! Очень добрый и приветливый персонал. Накормили шикарным завтраком. Да, немного попахивает ковролин, но это в первые минуты когда в номер заходишь, потом норм. Жили в улучшенном, он не на много дороже, но зато окунулись в прошлый век…стандарт новодел, хоть и в таком же стиле.

Нам повезло: не было номера с двуспальной кроватью, и нам дали улучшенный номер по цене обычного. Номер отличный: просторный, уютный, с 4 окнами, большим санузлом, огромным зеркальным шкафом и даже... с колоннами! Мы в нем прекрасно отдохнули. Завтрак, который ругали в некоторых отзывах, на данный момент вполне приличный. Расположение отеля очень порадовало, до Музея Ивановского ситца ехать 2 мин.

отель в старинном особняке со своей маленькой парковкой. сутки вышли за двоих 3500 с завтраком. Завтраки хорошие, спросили к каким часам нам его подать, чтоб был горячий кофе, каша и омлет. Номер уютный, убранный с набором для приготовления чая. Белье чистое. за угол отеля повернули и вот она набережная. Осталась довольна и городком, и отелем.Рекомендую. бронь делала на сайте отеля, оплата на месте при заселении.

«Онегин, добрый мой приятель…» Понравилась уместная стилизация мини-отеля (изначально – особняка XIX века при полотняной мануфактуре, реконструированного 15 лет назад) в соответствии с избранной концепцией, ненавязчивое цитирование и незримое присутствие Пушкина в оформлении и предложение в качестве доп. услуг предоставить гостям утюг, всякие полезные мелочи и томик «Онегина», само собой. В номере чисто, комфортно, удобно, всё исправно. Сервирован столик для чая. Есть парковка на 5-6 машин. Заезжали вечером, заняли последнее свободное место для авто. Тихий район, рядом набережная реки Уводь, по которой было приятно прогуляться тёплым июньским вечером. Завтрак – вкусный! – проходит в небольшом уютном кафе по предварительному заказу (при заезде предложили выбрать на горячее омлет или глазунью и определиться с напитками). Для остановки на сутки во время путешествия по Золотому кольцу – милое дело

Только что звонил, чтобы забронировать номер, но столкнулся с неадекватным работником, который не смог мне ничего предложить, он просто сбрасывал звонки. Считаю поведение служащего абсолютно не профессиональным. Никому не советую....

Отель совершенно деградировал за 10 лет. Из бутик-отеля превратился просто в ночлежку. Ни халатов, ни нормальных тапочек, ни уже даже одноразовой щетки с пастой... "Вишенкой на торте" стало отключение воды утром в процессе принятия водных процедур - типа, трубу ПЕРЕМЕРЗЛА - это 18 марта при температуре ночью не ниже -14С! Потерял 1,5 часа времени, вынужден был эвакуироваться в другой отель. Деньги за такое "гостеприимство" управляющая "Онегиным" возвращать отказалась.
