Очень скромный отель, с удобной локацией прямо возле вокзала - не надо вызывать такси и мчатся среди ночи куда-то. Подходит для того, чтобы просто переночевать. С собой надо брать все: от тапочек и до зубной щетки/шампуня. Не ожидайте в номере также халата и т. п. Это именно весьма бюджетный отель, который за свои деньги выполняет главную. функцию. Дизайн советский, ТВ с квадратным кинескопом, в номере есть стакан. Окна выходящие на вокзал и дорогу можно брать, нет сильного шума с улицы. Завтрак нормальный. Для романтических свиданий не подойдет)

Номер superior, в целом чистый и по местным меркам обновленный. Но есть одно большое но… пастельное белье это просто кошмар! Оно старое на столько, что кажется нестиранным. Перед заездом попросили перемыть, т. к. Пол был пыльным, а ковёр явно никто не пылесосил. В данном номере сантехника новая, чистая. В целом за 3000 не для брезгливых норм, но мы больше не ногой!!!!

Очень даже неплохая гостиница. Мы брали бюджетный двухместный номер без душа. Да, номер очень маленький, нет холодильника. Но постельное бельё очень чистое, душ в коридоре тоже чистый и никаких очередей. А самое главное достоинство отеля — его размещение буквально через дорогу от железнодорожного вокзала. Также отмечу хороший завтрак в кафе на первом этаже отеля — выбор, конечно, небольшой, но яичница с сосиской и блины были очень вкусными. Если ещё раз приедем в Иваново, то останавливаться будем здесь.

Не работал холодильник. В остальном все ок.Номер чистый, очень большой.Двухспальная кровать с хорошим матрасом.Вид- на реку Уводь.За дверью чайник и все для чая и кофе. На верхнем этаже похоже спортивный клуб.Днем оставаться нельзя,долбят по голове . Ровно в 23.00 все стихает.Автостоянка есть,закрывается на ночь. Только под’ехать к ней не могли долго,т.к. дороги к ней нет... У местных спросили,сказали,что этот ухаб и есть дорога. Выезжали тоже через него. Есть чего вспомнить и с чем сравнить. Очень рекомендуем Музей ситцев и особенно Театры.

Сочетание расположение/цена- супер. Особенно для тех, кто приехал поездом, вокзал напротив. Для тех, кто на авто- есть бесплатная гостевая закрытая парковка (во дворе).Окно моего номера (№309) во двор, тихо. В номере скромно, но сухо, тепло, телек работает, есть два полотенца, в туалете бумага в наличии, есть умывальник. На столе стакан (куллер с горячей/холодной водой на этаже) и тарелка (удобно мыть фрукты). Душевые на этаже. Для уставших от активного отдыха- лифт. Очень приятный персонал. -Гостям нужно иметь свои туалетные принадлежности. У меня в косметичке всегда есть мыльце и прочее, т.е. это не минус, а просто на заметку

Всегда есть что вкусно покушать и причем за очень дешёвый ценник. Персонал дружелюбный и отзывчивый, а в самом кафе чисто и уютно. С удовольствием побываю в данном заведение еще не один раз!!! ))))))))))))
