We stayed in Collina for 5 days. It was an amazing and peaceful part of our holidays. The area is calm and well prepared for families. Our kids loved the pool. The apartment was very clean, the staff was very helpful and nice. The manager was extremely kind. We recommend this place for everyone who wishes to spend a peaceful time in Italy, away from crowds.

The place is very nice, but elementary things are missing. We had a panorama suite. It is very very small, and you have no place to put the luggage. Its in the middle of nowhere, and that is normally not a problem. Here it is because you need a lot of water in this heat, and there is a closed bar, and you cannot find anything to cool it with. A suggestion is to put in a bigger fridge in the room or simply place a machine to make ice. Or open the bar. We had to leave after 2 days out of 4. Very nice people rund the place

I servizi di un albergo in un b&b. È una struttura fantastico immerso nella natura. Servizio pulizia impeccabile. Colazione servita in camera all'orario scelto da te. Il Signor Giuseppe e le sue collaboratrici sono il top. Ci hanno anche consigliato di e mangiare. la piscina, con vista mozzafiato su collina e mare, ci ha spinto ad usarla, nonostante la temperatura proibitiva (in questi giorni fa ancora freddo a causa del tempo pazzerello). La signora Elisabetta, collaboratrice della struttura, top del top. Non posso che dare 5 stelle. Spera di poterci ritornare presto per goderci altro relax.

Buongiorno, Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura solo una notte, peccato per il tempo non dei migliori. La struttura molto bella, piscina a sfioro con affaccio sulla valle. Peccato per la ragnatela nella camera, e la colazione un po’ misera,da migliorare magari con più scelta e non portata in camera. Altra cosa da sottolineare, quando siamo arrivati non abbiamo trovato neanche la reception, “non segnalata in nessun modo “, e’ però collocata lungo un corridoio.La stessa è a lato ad una camera,e la stessa per niente insonorizzata. Altra cosa da migliorabile, la ventola in bagno molto rumorosa e fastidiosa, specialmente la notte, visto che rimane accesa per un po’. La strada per arrivare non facile e poco accessibile (specialmente la sera , non ci sono luci e parecchio dissestata).

Ottima struttura, immersa nel verde. Spettacolare la piscina a sfioro con acqua salata. Ottima anche per famiglie con bambini (da tenere sotto controllo per la piscina e per muretti alti). Prato curatissimo. Colazione ottima (non è a buffet, è pur sempre un B&B). E poi il sig Giuseppe vi farà sentire a casa dandovi tanti suggerimenti per andare a mare o a cena lì vicino. Perfetto per visitare Gaeta e Sperlonga.

Location stupenda, mozzafiato, sulle colline d’Itri. Struttura curata nei minimi dettagli. Bella, pulita e lontano da qualsiasi rumore. La strada che porta al relais potrebbe far preoccupare perché stretta ed isolata, ma state tranquilli, vale la pena percorrerla. Giuseppe il proprietario oltre ad essere una persona affabile e accogliente, è molto disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Vale la pena provare di persona tutte queste qualità.

La collina degli ulivi è un posto fantastico , per rilassarsi e godersi al giusto modo le vacanze . Bagni e letti puliti e molto buona la colazione in camera , anche abbondante . I proprietari sanno come gestirla , il Signor Giuseppe sa darti consiglia anche su che posti visitare o dova andare a mangiare , la piscina a sfiora con vista collina e mare è stata bellissima ... nulla da dire b & b senza imperfezioni. Complimenti ai gestori , il mio voto è 5 stelle !
