We stayed in Collina for 5 days. It was an amazing and peaceful part of our holidays. The area is calm and well prepared for families. Our kids loved the pool. The apartment was very clean, the staff was very helpful and nice. The manager was extremely kind. We recommend this place for everyone who wishes to spend a peaceful time in Italy, away from crowds.

Bellissima struttura, molto rilassante, paesaggio meraviglioso . Camere molto pulite, molto buona anche la colazione . La cortesia e la simpatia del gestore concludono al meglio l’ esperienza . Siamo stati al mare a Sperlonga la mattina che è’ solo a 15 min di mare per poi rilassarci in piscina il pomeriggio . Tutto molto vicino .Da ritornare Dominique

Luogo favoloso curato in ogni dettaglio , sublime la pulizia delle camere , colazione fantastica servita in camera .. degno di nota Sig Giuseppe , il proprietario, persona estremamente disponibile e cordiale ..incredibile il panorama, la tranquillità che si respira in questo luogo e la piscina stupenda.. Dovevamo soggiornare in struttura nel fine settimana, purtroppo a causa di un problema non siamo più riusciti . Il sign. Giuseppe è stato così carino a rimborsarci in maniera parziale l’importo trattenuto ai fini della prenotazione. Spero di riuscire a soggiornare in questa struttura al più presto

Un posto incantevole tra le colline itrane tra Sperlonga e Gaeta. Bellissima la piscina a sfioro do acqua salata, con affaccio strepitoso sulle colline. Fatevi consigliare dal sig. Giuseppe su dove poter andare sia al mare che a cena e non ne rimarrete delusi.

Frequento da anni Itri e non avevo mai notato questo B&B. Dopo varie ricerche trovo disponibilità dal 14 al 18 agosto. Non verifico le recensioni ma mi fido di quello che ho visto dalle foto. Arrivati sul posto restiamo senza parole. La struttura è fantastica. Innanzitutto ci ha colpito la pulizia della camera; la cordialità degli host (Marco e Sara); la piscina a sfioro con vista; la colazione servita in camera. Insomma, un vero angolo di paradiso! Note: -possibilità di parcheggio gratuito; -Pulizia giornaliera della camera; -cambio asciugamani; -Minibar in camera; -Doccia con doccetta utilissima per la sabbia dopo una giornata di mare; -Veranda per la colazione con vista mare; -Alcune camere hanno la cucina; -Possibilità di aggiungere culla in camera; - zanzariere; - phone a muro. Grazie mille ❤️

Ottimo B&B immerso nel verde ma con vista mare e una bellissima e rilassante piscina. Struttura curatissima e pulizia ottima. Il Sig. Giuseppe un bravissimo padrone di casa e personale gentilissimo. A circa 20 minuti dalle spiagge di Sperlonga e Gaeta.
