The service at this hotel needs special mention. Nthing was too much trouble and staff went well above and beyond what was expected. Arriving late we were welcomed by the restaurant manager (the only person still working) were shown to our room and offered a late meal (very welcome) asking at reception the next day for recommendations as to where to visit, within 5 minutes a knock on the door and a sheaf of suggestions in english. The restaurant is superb and the food excellent.
A thunderstorm on the first night saw a lightening strike virtually on our block which put the power out. We heard a car engine about 30 mins later and someone reconnected the supply so it was there the next morning.
A remote location in the hills with fabulous views, you will need a car! Great place to explore the local coastline and hill towns or to relax by the pool. 10 mins to Sperlonga with free car parking and less expensive accommodation. would recommend.

The property is in the middle of nowhere. Prices are very high 250 euro/night. The rooms are extremely small and dirty. There were ants in our room and when i told at the reception they replied "why didn't you choose a hotel in the center?". The property is also full of all possible insects you can imagine. The swimming pool is full of bees. Then there was a fire one morning that almost reached the property. It was extremely dangerous. The staff wasn't even concerned and they were extremely rude. There was no signal to use your phone and wifi was extremely slow or not working. There was also a foul smell in the bathroom.

We had 1 night at this amazing hotel. The best service, Lougi the owner was really kind and gave us ekstra service. We Got a free upgraded hotelroom as a surprise and the view was amazing. Huge room, like a small apartment. The food was amazing, especially the breakfeast and the coffe!!
Overall a super great experience with all the staff super pleasent and kind! Would defenently reccomend this hotel

A hidden gem! Don’t be deceived by the drive to the hotel, all your concerns will disappear once you arrive. A view to die for along with a beautiful B&B, from the rooms to the lounge, pool and restaurant areas. We highly recommended it!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno spettacolare. L'accoglienza, la cura nei dettagli e la professionalità di tutto lo staff è stata superlativa tanto da farci sentire come a casa. La struttura, le camere e il panorama sono e rimarranno indimenticabili per noi. Da sottolineare la piscina e le terrazze dalle quali ammirare le isole di fronte. Lo consiglieremo senz'altro ai nostri amici e noi ci torneremo sicuramente.

Ottima location immersa nel verde percorrendo la strada di campagna che ti porta verso la struttura assapori già il gusto di essere in vacanza tra gli alberi di sughero. Dall'alto della struttura vedi il mare e la collina si può fare anche qualche passeggiata immersi nel verde e riguardo a questo suggerirei di organizzare dei percorsi segnati. Il personale e proprietari sono molto disponibili e cordiali. La cucina è organizzata e diretta da un giovane quoco che cura i particolari e la qualità, riguardo le pietanze mi aspettavo piatti più abbondanti visto che siamo in un agriturismo,ma la qualità è al top. Ottima la pulizia della struttura. Per concludere direi che se si amano le vacanze in relax a breve termine 4/5 giorni Casamediterranea è la struttura giusta . Grazie .

Ogni volta per noi è un vero dispiacere dover lasciare questa struttura. Sempre trovati benissimo. Ospitalità professionalità e gentilezza. Vista panoramica senza eguali. Cibo molto buono assolutamente d’assaggiare il loro olio e le verdure di loro produzione. La tranquillità che si respira qui è difficile trovarla in altre strutture. Hotel con camere confortevoli e luminose, servirebbe giusto una piccola rinfrescata al bagno. Buona colazione all’italiana. Ristorante con ottime scelte di pesce e qualche opzione di carne. Piscina con vista panoramica. Consiglio di raggiungere la struttura da Via Magliana provenendo da Itri, leggermente più agevole dell’altro itinerario.
