I saw the review and understood guests had troubled to check in. I encountered the same problem. I did not receive any check-in code a day prior check-in. Luckily, I got the help from a Japanese to call Rakuten and then got the check-in details. Communication needs to improve for sure. Other than that, we had a happy stay.

If u have a car it is nice place to stay. Face to a ocean and ouster restaurante is locate near the hotel. Enough for 6people stay like ur house. We will back the hotel with friends nex time.

The hotel is very clean. The beds in the room are pure white and neat. There is a kitchen on the upper floor for cooking and cooking. It is very suitable for family use. The only inconvenient thing is that you have to check-in with an iPad!

The hotel service is attentive and the environment is comfortable. I will definitely stay here again next time I have the opportunity.

I hope that there is a higher awareness of subsequent cleaning. About equipment ・There was no ice machine in the freezer (Sasebo has one) ・The vacuum cleaner does not suck at all. I was asked to exchange it myself for the room I was moving to, which took some time, but it worked fine. *Please do not trust the previous user's dishwashing status easily, and wash dirty dishes before checking in. I think it's strange to have guests arrive tired and want a glass of water, but then wash the dishes and wipe down the shelves first. You should include a professional cleaning like Duskin on a weekly basis. I think it would make a big difference if the people in charge of daily cleaning were more conscious, but if this situation continues, I will never use this place again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone else.

It turns out that the hotel will email you the reservation number and check-in password within 48 hours before check-in. I finally called the Hong Kong agent for assistance. After struggling for more than an hour, the hotel finally re-emailed the check-in information and I was able to successfully check in. Although the design of the hotel is very good and it is suitable for a family to stay, the family originally wanted to stay happily, but instead they were afraid of being scolded for several hours, which made them really panic. Everything was handled online. I can't enter because I failed to receive an email and I don't know my PIN I cannot check in because my reservation number is not my Trip.com reservation number. There was supposed to be a wine opener in the room, but it wasn't in our room, so we were having trouble opening the wine. This was handled by Trip.com's chat first, and then I called the hotel according to the instructions. After checking in, it was a video call on the touch panel in the room. Very kind and courteous and everything was resolved.
