Ito Hotel Juraku

The room was spacious and had just been renovated, so it was very clean. The food was of a high standard both in the evening and in the morning, making for a very satisfying trip.

I thought the hospitality of the hotel staff was wonderful. Both staff members offered to take photos for me, and everyone greeted me with a smile at the buffet, so I was able to spend a very pleasant time. I would definitely use the hotel again.

The hotel service is OK, but the food at the buffet dinner is average, the fish and sashimi are not fresh, the steak is average**, and there are many foods that are not added and there are not many desserts. Overall, it is not up to standard.

I fell in love with Minakami, so I was excited to visit for the first time. (I want to go to Manza too, but it's hard to get there💦) It really is great~~❣️The inclusive package is the best I've ever had. The lounge is unmatched in quality. The snacks are a bit disappointing. I was surprised that they had the same lineup in the morning. The room was spacious, clean and neat. The view was open and spacious. I've enjoyed the hot springs many times, but the source of the hot spring is so far away lol. I saw a squirrel in the morning bath❗️I was surprised and moved. And above all, the food. Juraku's dinner and breakfast were very satisfying. They showed us the strength of their 100th anniversary. I'd love to visit again. I'll continue to support you. Thank you m(_ _)m

I went there because they were pre-opening a part of the building during renovation. It was my first time in the main building, but there was a Western-style room overlooking the sea, a bedroom with a bed and a living room with a TV were separate, and the couch sofa bed was comfortable. Everything was new (although there was still a slight smell of the interior), the lace curtains were blue, and the carpet was a lovely blue and brown that reminded me of the shore. Only a part of the bath was available due to construction, but I was satisfied because I was able to use the different carefully selected baths in the main building and the garden terrace building. The restaurant where you eat has also become larger with an open kitchen, and there are many Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes for dinner and breakfast that use plenty of fresh ingredients. It's too much to eat in one night. However, for dinner, even though we had reserved a seat, they said "please feel free to come." You can choose a venue with a view like before, but how do you find a place that is hidden by a screen or separated to the left and right? I want them to improve this. There were no sweets in the room like in a typical hot spring inn, and I was wondering what to buy as a souvenir, and ended up buying something I already knew the taste of before. The gift shop is closed when the vending machines for drinks are only located in front of the large public bath on the second floor, so you have to bring your own drinks.

A few years ago, when I went to visit the bath on a day trip, I was forced to spend only a short time to make it in time for the train back home, and I was forced to feel reluctant, but this time I had enough time. I was able to spend it slowly. The fact that there is no water bath in front of the sauna and there is only a small container to cover the ladle with water is somewhat unsatisfactory, but it can not be said that it is a big fault. In fact, the day before I visited here, after checking in at a hotel near the station, I went to visit "Hotel New Okabe" for a day trip to the bathing area. I felt like my heart was going to burst with anger and humiliation after receiving it, but as I spent time relaxing here, my feelings were healed to the point that I didn't care about such things.
