We have spent two days living here, the hotel is excellent, especially for the public bath and service. The public bath on the rooftop is seaview, which has a good ventilation. And the staff here are very helpful, nice and have cheerful smile, and very patient! The service is really number one, I can feel the positive attitude from every staff.

The room is comfortable, but the room is quite dark, not charger, usb near the bed, so u have to put on somewhere to charge your mobile. The meal is fine, not very impressive, and the onsen is not large, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor on the highest floor. Overall the stay is happy ! While u leaving, the staff will help to call taxi.

As a part of Hoshino Resorts never disappointed me! The view in the room was so nice. The staff in the hotel were polite and helpful. The dinner as well as the breakfast were delicious. It’s impressive experience for my stay here

It's quite quiet. Breakfast and dinner are reserved at scheduled times. The environment is a separate space, very relaxing. It's more adult-friendly, and children may not like it. There is a convenience store downstairs. Overall, I feel very satisfied.

Actually, it was quite disappointing. The hotel is on the beach and facing the road. The entrance has a small corridor and courtyard to turn in, but the design of this space is too perfunctory compared to many Japanese hotels, and there is no Zen of Japanese courtyards at all. I have a deep understanding of the hotel's nautical theme and understand the combination of Japanese and British styles, but I still feel that it is out of place. The room is indeed OK, but the corridor is empty. The wind is strong at the seaside. Wearing hot spring clothes to enter and exit the room, the biting cold wind in the corridor is really uncomfortable. And the dinner in the restaurant is really too insincere and unrefined compared to the configuration of most Japanese hotels with one night and two meals! The first two dishes are a bit novel, but I am speechless after that. The ingredients used in the seafood soup must have been in the refrigerator for a long time, the chopsticks are disposable, and many tableware are plastic... I really lost my expectations for Hoshino! Such an expensive price is really not worth it, and I will not stay in the Hoshino system again.
