When I arrive at the front door of the hotel, there is no guidance and we have to carry out heavy luggage to walk up the stairs. Meanwhile, no staff helps us at all. After that, there is no staff to greet us when we go inside the lobby of the hotel. Being a superior hotel, I don’t expect that we need to stand in front of the check in counter during check in. After several minutes, we finally being assigned to sit for the check in process. As it’s pricy of this hotel, there are many many choices with excellent service and food if you pay such amount or even cheaper.

I booked this hotel because it was under the Hoshino Group. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the station. But overall it was not as good as expected. The dinner was very average. The worst thing was that there was a mess of quilts in the closet of the room. The moment I opened the closet, it was really hard to describe. I complained to the front desk, and the apology was good. I thought at least someone would come to clean it up, but nothing was done.
