This is an older hotel that appears to be nicely maintained. We had a HUGE room with comfortable futon sleeping arrangements. The front desk (and breakfast) staff were friendly and helpful. A nice breakfast buffet is laid out in the lobby. But the *real* draw are the onsens. One of the communal baths (they switch between men's/lady's at 10PM daily) has a very large outdoor bath attached. And of the three private baths (no additional charge), the one at the end of the volcanic air raid shelter tunnel is a fun chance to bathe in giant ”cannibal pots.”

There is also a hot spring area so you can relax. Now it seems normal to park in the second parking lot (plane) a little far from the first parking lot (mechanical parking lot). But please note that it is a little far away. Well, there is a supermarket just a few minutes walk away, so it's a good plan for traveling alone, and I think it's good because you can relax. If you want to luxury, there are various plans, so I think it is good to choose and stay.
