Property had all the essentials. The buildings and rooms are older but well maintained. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good and abundant. Bathroom was excellemt and updated. The bed was just fair and creaky. Good value.

No frills but clean and convenient to Ithica/Corne
Rodeway suites were detached from the main building, but were secure and clean. TV service was limited, but free (meaning not many channels). Wifi was free, but open (not encrypted like most hotels), so make sure you use a software VPN. Wifi was fairly slow. Breakfast in the morning was basic but included for 2 people. Service was good, staff was friendly.
For no frills, it was good. It saved us over $200 vs. Downtown Ithaca. :)

Spacious and clean room, convenient parking. The bathroom door was squeaking, which woke up my family every time someone went to the bathroom during the night. Fortunately the front desk had some WD40 which we applied the next day. The second night was perfect.
