It was my first visit to the city and I will definitely return to the hotel on my return to Itajubá. Everything was great, from the attention of the staff to the breakfast. The additional services that the Hotel offers make it a great choice.

Hotel leaves a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and nothing has changed. Strand of hair inside the minibar, strand of hair on the floor. The room was poorly maintained, towels were not changed, soap, shampoo and conditioner were not replenished. The beds were very poorly made, they only took out the rubbish.

Great location. Comfortable hotel, structure a little old, but I find the staff very receptive. Breakfast with great variety, many items and very tasty. Average Wi-Fi, typical of a rural city. I recommend! Don't forget to try the ice cream at the ice cream shop opposite.

I write this review in my hotel bed, 6am, after being woken up for the 4th time during the night. You can literally hear everything other guests do, including going to the bathroom - down to the smallest detail. The pillows are bad and everything looks old... The wi-fi is very bad too. The staff's service is adequate, but tonight's experience was certainly the worst I've ever had in a hotel.
