My 18 year old daughter and two friends stayed at the hotel from 1/20/2024 to 2/2/2024. Although the staff was friendly throughout their stay, at breakfast they were monitored at all times, watching what food was served and how many times they drank juice... these were served in small glasses... which is why the girls had to get up several times to serve themselves, also when they wanted to refill their water bottles... they were threatened with a fine if they continued with that attitude. Truly a disgrace... I have never seen this in a hotel regardless of its category. Even more so girls who should be taken care of and offered what is available to the hotel... Denying them at breakfast, which the rate says is included, water and juice and controlling what they eat is a total disgrace. But it doesn't end here, by mistake a reservation was made for accommodation to check in on 1/18/2023, but on 12/16/2023, (more than 30 days in advance), the entire reservation was canceled with Mr. Carlos at reception, since it was not known if the girls would be able to travel for college reasons. But when the date arrived, the stay could be coordinated. The thing is that when my daughter checked out of the hotel, she was charged a penalty of 1 night, (1/18/2024), claiming that the dates of January 18 and 19, 2024 had not been canceled, that the night of 1/19 could be sold to another guest but not that of 1/18... and even though I have proof of whatsapp, it was not valid. My daughter asked for the hotel's cancellation policy and they did not want to provide it to her... she watched as an employee typed it into the computer at that very moment. It's really a shame this treatment, my daughter couldn't shower before checking out of the hotel because she was missing her flight, they could have informed her the night before and not waited until the last minute. What a shame everything that happened because we were clients for many years. I suggest requesting the cancellation policy in advance and knowing that it has very limited services. If it's a rainy day, the hotel doesn't have any entertainment... it could be simple things, like board games... movie theater, to name a few suggestions. Old hotel, needs renovation, no elevator, stairs everywhere, to the café, to carry luggage, to the beach, to the pool, to wash feet, in short, I do not recommend it for people with disabilities and difficulty moving around. Simple breakfast, the place was very hot, there is no air conditioning in this environment. It is in front of the beach, there is no parking! In short, I don't think it is worth it, because the beach was very rough and dirty and the place does not have much infrastructure.

Horrível. O Hotel está em péssimas condições. O café da manhã estava horrível.

Positivo: funcionários gentis, café da manhã ótimo, chuveiro bom e localização maravilhosa. Você dorme ouvindo as ondas do mar, rua tranquila! Negativo: limpeza deixa a desejar, hotel aspecto antigo, piso descolando, chuveiro com cortina em vez de Box de vidro, não tem blackout nas varandas, você acorda junto com o sol, fez 10° uma noite e não tínhamos um edredon, travesseiros horríveis, dizem que mesmo sem garagem a rua é tranquila e fácil de estacionar, não é verdade, tivemos duas noites que chegamos mais tarde, e ficamos dando voltas para achar vaga nas ruas próximas. E não estamos em alta temporada!
