Reservation was requested with a double bed, they placed us in a room with 2 single beds. We complained, the reception said they would upgrade us, we changed rooms and the room had a view of the avenue and had a double bed and 2 single beds. The hotel's acoustics are terrible, everything that happens outside on the avenue can be heard very loudly. The shower doesn't heat well, it was a little difficult to adjust the water temperature until it was pleasant for a shower.
The TV only has open channels, there is a hairdryer in the bathroom, it is very weak but dry. For the most part, that was it, not a very pleasant accommodation, but for those looking for a hotel just to sleep, it's fine. But if you face the avenue, you can forget about it.

O atendimento na recepção foi fantástico. Devido a uma emergência tive de procurar um hotel e por uma pesquisa rápida vi que estava próximo do ITAJAÍ EXPRESS. Chegando lá fui prontamente atendido pela Silmara, o qual providenciou tudo pra mim em menos de 10 minutos. Pois estava a trabalho ali perto e não dispunha de tempo, pois eu nem deveria me ausentar. Quando retornei já estava tudo resolvido. O quarto era ótimo, tudo muito limpo. Toalhas e roupas de cama impecáveis. O café da manhã foi revigorante. Portanto... Foi uma ótima experiência. Nas próximas estadias será com certeza no ITAJAÍ EXPRESS. Agradeço a toda a equipe que me atendeu.
