Drika and Bia were super friendly and welcoming. Every morning when my family and I would join for breakfast, they would welcome us us with a great smile. They provided us with their input as it relates to the best spots in the city. The hotel is in the middle of bunch of trees which makes it super cozy and relaxing. The lobby staff is super friendly and always whiling to help. They provided us with mosquitoes repellent and extra mats and towels.

A pousada carece de algumas melhorias. O chuveiro do quarto não funcionou, descobrimos isso na primeira noite ao tentar usá-lo. Nos passaram para outro quarto e... o chuveiro´só funcionou 1 dia. Instações dos chuveiros sem padrão, chuveiros aparentemente desgastados. Não se impressione pelas fotos da propaganda da pousada. No uso do dia dia está tudo muito diferente. A pousada mostra que não ve~e uma reforma a muito tempo. Entretanto, o café da manhã tem boa variedade de itens, é bem localizada, os funcionários são prestativos. Mas, é só. 1ª Dica: ao chegar nos quartos verifique se o chuveiro está funcionado. 2ª Dica: se tiver oportunidade pesquise por outras pousadas na cidade. Há locais melhores e preços mais baixos. Fiquei 6 dias em Itacaré e visitei algumas pousadas. Pena que já tinha pago o pacote na agência.
