A qualidade do atendimento de todos os colaboradores é excelente, em especial ao colaborador Deivisson, muito solícito, atencioso e gentil desde a nossa descida do carro. Fomos recepcionados por um drink (sem álcool) maravilhoso!O café da manhã é bom, especialmente as tapiocas e omeletes, que sempre vem com um bom dia especial e individualizado. A piscina é linda! A academia bacana... sem falar nos detalhes de cada espaço. Ambiente familiar, aconchegante, também romântico e perto de tudo! Voltaremos!!!

Great hotel, very clean, friendly staff, and perfect location. The hotel staff is very polite, professional, and helpful. We felt like it was our place. The food is very good, and breakfast always has something new. I do recommend it for couples, families and businesses.

O melhor hotel que eu já fiquei na vida! Tudo impecável. Hotel lindo, limpo, novo! Comida deliciosa. Localização privilegiada. Funcionários maravilhosos e atenciosos, principalmente Ádila que a todo momento nos atendeu com muito carinho. Estrutura incrível, aptos espaçosos! Café da manhã indescritível, tapioca feita na hora, e sempre com uma palavra de carinho. Nunca fui tão bem tratada na vida!!!

As estadias são sempre maravilhosas no Resende. É uma experiência incrível que nos remete ao tempo com a arquitetura colonial e lindos casarios. A piscina e o bar molhado são um verdadeiro convite a aproveitar o dia no hotel. Café da manhã impecável com variedade de pães de produção própria, equipe muito atenciosa e acomodações que nos fazem querer passar um tempo no quarto. Vale a pena uma suíte com varanda para piscina para um vinho no final da tarde.

Lugar encantado e com arquitetura belíssima, apartamentos luxuosos e impecáveis. Um destaque para recepção , Angeles super atenciosa e preocupada e ao Gerente Cesar que desde o momento da reserva até a nossa saída nos deu total atenção . A hospedagem foi incrível. O hotel é novo. Todos os serviços são excelentes. É lindo! Ótima localização. Café da manhã com bastante variedade.
