Fiz a viagem para o Itá Thermas com meus pais em fevereiro de 2024 pela primeira vez. Nos apaixonamos, foi o melhor passeio que já fizemos! Tudo perfeito, comida deliciosa, tudo muito organizado, limpo, diversas atividades para todas as idades... Tudo maravilhoso. Atualmente, estou namorando e voltando para apresentar o local para meu namorado daqui 2 semanas. Estamos super animados! E já se planejando para voltar em 2025... rsrs Parabéns à toda a equipe pelo local incrível e pelo excelente atendimento e serviços prestados!

Realmente este hotel deixa muito a desejar no que se refere a comunicação, é praticamente impossível falar com alguém deste hotel, já enviei e-mail, solicitação de informação pelo formulário do site e pelo whatsapp, sem sucesso. Desisti .

simplesmente incrível! A atenção dada por cada setor do hotel, torna a experiencia incrivel. Não é minha primeira vez e muito menos a ultima. Desde a recepção até a piscina, restaurante, atividades do dia e arrumação dos quartos. Sempre estão sorrindo e tornando nossa experiencia de viver, feliz e incrível! Curiosidade a parte, o hotel presta um serviço humanitário. Muitos atendentes são oriundos da Venezuela, mas falam um portugues perfeito e buscam nos agradar de todas formas possiveis.

Hotel brega, sujo, lotado de gente horrorosa que almoçam vestidos em roupões de banho, um horror!!!! A comida é péssima, a música 🎶 ensurdecedora quase o dia todo, um pesadelo. O pior é que na região as alternativas são ainda piores e me senti completamente presa a um lugar sem escolhas.

Recepção horrível. Nenhuma pessoa disponível nem para ajudar nas malas. Recreação desfalcada. Informação recebida referente a recreação que é fora de temporada então não tem tutores o suficiente. Não recomendo.. Péssima experiência...

Gostamos muito do hotel, as meninas da recepção são super atenciosas desde o momento q vc chega até a hora de ir embora, os quartos, o banheiro e a hidromassagem são bem limpinhos, o jardim é lindo, a cama super confortável, tem atração para toda a família, tudo muito gostoso, e deu pra ver q foi preparado com muito cuidado e carinho, passamos dias incríveis e pretendemos voltar em breve ❤
