Ita airways heir of defunct ALITALIA showed the worst of the airlines I have traveled , even Iberia was better. The crew was unpolite, the cabin dirty, asking for a cup of water I had a dry No. Which I enforced rights to get it. Food was disgusting. The meat smelled like dog food and look like dog food. The so called pasta was stuck together in a piece. Cheap beverages and an uncomfortable seat reminding American airlines uncomfortability back in the 90s. The sandwich taste like fake and pastic( I had my own sandwich). Food was scarce. The only thing was a long list of forbidden rules and a high price ticket. Please choose a different airline. Simply horrible company

O hotel em si é maravilhoso! Quartos ótimos. Gastronomia boa, bastante variedade , porém demoram demais pra repor as coisas no buffet. Deixam a desejar bastante nesse quesito. Até loucas limpas demoravam a repor. Pessoal da recreação não é nada simpático. Principalmente a "Pig"

Falta coisas nos cafés. Dois dias sem pão francês. Um dia só com pão velho. Hoje das 9 até às 9:40 simplesmente não tem café. Só um de máquina horrível. Mas pensa numa coisa horrível. Nas refeições é normal os risotos estarem gelados. Massa com molho que é uma piscina. O ponto fraco é a comida. Mto mto fraco e ruim. Estrutura dos quartos é boa. Do hotel em si mediana. O Ita termas tem mto mais piscinas, por exemplo. Mas é ok.

Fomos muito bem atendidos, funcionários muito solícitos. A única ressalva é em relação a comida mediana, penso que poderia melhorar a qualidade e forma de preparo.Quarto da categoria que ficamos era simples mas bom, só o banheiro do nosso quarto tinha cheiro forte de mofo, durante todo o tempo q estivemos hospedados. As piscinas externas muito boas, limpas e água quentinha, a piscina interna não chegamos utilizar. A noite teve circo e também música ao vivo/bailinho, curtimos bastante.

Longe de ser um resort! Filas para pegar bebidas ( além de ser de péssima categoria o que ofertam, no quesito drinks) Área de piscinas muito sujo, principalmente o bar molhado a água estava pessima e cheio de bares porém não tinha pessoal pra nos atender. Quartos sempre faltando toalhas. Na hora das refeições sempre faltava comidas e pra repor era muito demorado, as vezes até desistíamos de esperar por tal alimento! Vinho de pessima qualidade! Pedi pra fazer a troca de entrar antes e sair antes ou seja o checkin e as 16 e o checkout às 13:00 é claro que eles sempre saem ganhando com isso … ninguém faz uso de bebida alcoólica no dia que vai viajar! E geralmente todos saem logo após o café. Não recomendo!

Resort excelente, novo, localização maravilhosa, linda vista para o lago. Decoração linda, móveis de muita qualidade . All inclusive, ótimos drinks, comida maravilhosa. Café da tarde super completo. Cama ótima, roupa de cama e banho muito bons, o quarto tem um cheirinho super gostoso. Ducha ótima. A água das piscinas é bem quentinha. Super indico.

Localização previlegiada, o sossego e a vista para o rio já vale a visita. O atendimento maravilhoso desde a recepção, comida , recreação kids , conforto dos quartos e área de lazer, limpeza das piscinas que são bem quentinhas. Vale a pena a visita.
