行き先を変更して予約キャンセルするのを忘れてムダ遣いしてしまいましたが、事前のリマインドもなく残念です。以前宿泊した時も以前よりサービスレベルが明らかに下がりました。
残念です。

I changed my destination and forgot to cancel my reservation, which wasted money, but I wasted it because I didn't receive any prior reminder. The service level has clearly declined since my last stay. It's disappointing.

Wifiもしっかり入ります。ホテルの問題ではありませんが、携帯電話の電波が弱いことが難点です。

Wifi is also good. The only drawback, although not a hotel problem, is that the mobile phone signal is weak.
