Nice country hotel. Excellent rooms, large bed with a very comfortable mattress. There are tea supplies and dental kits are provided. Good cosmetics in the room, as expected, with body lotion and hair conditioner. A great option for the weekend, especially if you have a car. Parking 5 minutes walk from the hotel is free. We went to the Istra Reservoir, not close, but quite convenient to get to from the hotel (half an hour). The pool is small and shallow, there are 2 saunas. On Saturday there were a lot of people, on Sunday almost everyone had left and we were alone. If you want privacy, come on Sunday or weekdays. But the downside is that on weekdays there is a very meager buffet. In general, for a Hilton hotel, the breakfasts were modest, there were no cheesecakes, the juices were terribly diluted, no smoothies, a modest selection of fruits. There is only 1 restaurant, you can take it à la carte, but if it is a weekend, you will also sit among the noise and din of a buffet, roaring babies and eat quite expensive, but mediocre dishes. As an example, a very meager tom yam for 800 rubles, 4 shrimp, rice, some mushrooms. The territory is home to goats, geese and a funny pig. You can buy food and feed it. The area itself is small, but well-groomed. There is a spa, we went to the salt room and liked it. In general, if you want to get away purely for the weekend or with a child not far from Moscow, this is a good option.

I wanted to get away from everyday life. Take a walk in the fresh air. Swim in the pool. The area is very small. Half of it cannot be used for walks at all, because on one side of the pond there are sewage treatment plants (sewage smell, instead of fresh air), and on the other side of the pond there is a mini zoo (the most untidy and smelly of all hotel zoos that we have seen). There is no particular place to go for a walk. A piece has been cut off in the middle of the hotel territory for a school. The room is small, there is no balcony, the bathroom is the same size as in P44T houses. The cleaning was weak; when we moved the bucket away, we found a cotton swab from the previous guests. The pool is small and not deep, from 0.7 to 1.2 m deep. There is a tennis table behind the glass from the pool. There are two people playing tennis, and another 10-15 men, hot with alcohol from a corporate party, stand in outerwear and you catch their gaze. Even though I came to swim with my husband and child, you feel like you’re in a show “behind glass.” The food selection is very poor. Not every dinner has a purely meat dish. For example, there is meat in pilaf, or vegetable stew, or sausage in dough. All! Hot dishes for dinner and lunch 5 pcs. Only vegetables and watermelon are good. Alcohol is not included, parking +500 rub. per day. I still don’t understand what’s 53 thousand for 3 nights?! In other hotels, the area is larger and there is a swimming pool and bowling alley, the food is varied and the rooms are spacious. I never thought I would say this, but the hotel is downright boring. We went for a walk to the neighboring Istra sanatorium and to the Sirota farm. I give three stars, not 2, for the animator (the girl is great), for a good but not cheap massage in the spa, clean linen, a large bath towel and a mini office with computers and a printer. Yes, they provided us with towels for two people, although the child was at full price, and slippers and water for two people too. The hotel is liked mainly by those who come there for a conference or team building at the expense of companies for 1 night.

It's a mess! We were on vacation with our family, they put 2 towels in, the next day no one came, there was no cleaning, I could barely get a replacement towel, I had to run around the floor for them. I received complete indifference to requests and complaints from the administration! The SPA is wonderful

Everything is as it should be. It is advisable to diversify breakfast with fruits (oranges and grapefruit, sorry, are not quite Hilton level). The restaurant is open until 22.30! What is this boarding house? Bar until 24.00 - and then guests can go to their rooms!

Be careful when paying in cash! I paid for my stay in exactly this way, and was faced with the fact that upon departure I was told that I had to pay extra for the child and that the check was supposedly punched for a lesser amount than I had actually already paid (even though, in fact, I had paid all the necessary amount including surcharge). I was not given any receipts when paying. This looks a lot like a scam! To say that I am shocked is to say nothing... At the reception, the girl began her sentence by saying that our employees made a mistake and you must pay us... And this was at check-out, when we were very late. And there are many questions about the hotel itself. Family room is very small. The depth of the pool and infrastructure also raise questions. Especially the parking situation. It was impossible to leave at the building, and I had to walk straight from the lower parking lot along the roadway; there isn’t even a sidewalk there. In general, I categorically do not recommend it, and a complaint about the hotel has been sent to their head office.

The best place in the Moscow region for corporate seminars/trainings/events. I have never seen this level of customer service anywhere else. Extremely attentive staff! Comfortable rooms with comfortable mattresses, with proper electrics, with - attention! - thick towels (those who travel will understand), proper toilet paper and excellent bathroom accessories. Add excellent cuisine and attentive waiters. Plus very practical meeting rooms. In general, complete delight and gratitude to the management and employees.
