I have never faced such discrimination and sexism in my life. Last night my daughter (16 years old) and ex-wife try to check in but due to last name differences the front desk guy (Ali Bugra Ozdemir) said that they cannot complete. My daughter forgot her ID but she has all ID and passport details (even screenshots) and my ex-wife is her legal guardian (it could be proven with all physical documents). The front desk guy did not look any of them and try to find all alternative ways to reject them in the middle of the night. I drove more than one hour to bring passport to complete check-in. The location is very close to TIM Show Center and my daughter has an important year end show today. We choose this place for her to get rest and not to get stressed during the day traffic but the hotel brings us much more stress and their attitude was incredibly rude and trying to throw you out of the hotel. Front desk guy (Ali Bugra Ozdemir) and her colleagues think that they can decide who can check in according to their beliefs or whether they like the outlook. This is an extreme discrimination and I write again, I have never faced such behaviour in any part of the world and any hotel chain.

Facilities: complete, swimming pool, restaurant, rooftop restaurant, sea view terrace Hygiene: neat and clean Environment: Super sea view. My best friend and I stayed in a suite. It was great. Service: Warm and considerate service The sea view is very good and the transportation is convenient. There is a sea view in front. When we go out, we can visit Hagia Sophia, the Royal Palace and the Blue Cathedral.

What a fantastic hotel in a great location . Near the blue mosque and grand bazaar both within walking distance . Bed was comfortable and room a decent size . Staff were very helpful and a quick response when something needed . Lots of places to eat nearby around the surrounding streets & a good breakfast provided by the hotel with good selection of cold and hot options .

We stay in Crowne for 2 night. We arrived a little bit early and the lady let us checked in slightly early and they even upgraded our room ( we are very lucky). They have lots of option for breakfast. The tram station is 5 minutes walk. You can get around the city with tram. We will come back to Crowne after our Konya and Cappadocia trip. It's definitely worth it to stay in this hotel.

We really had an amazing experience staying here and with the tram stop within walking distance it was so easy to travel around the city. We really enjoyed the hotel restaurant food was on point and the shisha was really good. Spa facilities was ace! After a long day exploring the city it was good to relax and the spa is open till 10pm. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days during my quick holiday in Istanbul. Here is my first impression: What I liked: - good location. close to the city center and close to the public transport - good breakfast - the hotel has a pool and a sauna in the basement - the hotel is very clean and the service is good. What I didn't like: - the Wifi network is a complete disaster. If you stay at this hotel, you can simply forget about internet. The speen was so horrendously slow that I gave up and went to nearby restaurants to use the wifi - the bed wasn't confortable. The mattress is bouncing too much. - the pool has so much chlorine that you can't swim for more than 1-2 min.

I write an honest review about the hotel in Istanbul-Instanbul Royal Hotel. On 4* the hotel is not pulled, only 3*! - From good: only the location and cleaning every day, but the cleaning starts from 8 a.m. and the cleaners speak very loudly and wake up. Good location - not far from the subway and tram. There are cafes, restaurants and local dining rooms where they are not badly cooked. It is also good that they don't hear Moleben from the street that they have singing to the whole city from 6:30 a.m. - From the downsides - very much heard all the neighbors in the room!!! Also if someone smokes from the neighbors - you will feel good at your room!!! Tomorrow is awful and a shipyard - every day is the same: a raw egg, cut by two types of cheese, soy sausage of one species, cut cucumbers, tomatoes, carrot and salad leaves, yoghurt local type iran and awful soup. Coffee at all, two kinds of jupi jupi. Not tasteful at all. There are a lot of African-Americans in the hotel and the area. You can't sleep in this hotel unless you sleep under the TV and sleep quietly under the noise.

The hotel is small, but the level of service was fantastic. The the staff all spoke English and were very helpful and friendly. The room where clean, We had a balcony room with a lovely view of the street. The breakfast was a typical Turkish breakfast. We enjoyed it. Specially the melon, feta and the cheese borek. It’s a few minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the Arasta bazaar and the Sultan Ahmet Park. I would book this hotel again.
