Sheraton Hotels in Istanbul

The hotel is magnificent, but the surrounding area is not landscaped. The construction of the metro is underway, everything has been dug up. It's impossible to walk. Everything else is above all praise. Breakfast is amazing, huge selection of everything. Everything in the rooms is clean. The photos are absolutely consistent with what is stated. The price matches the quality! Well done👌

Hello, I came to your hotel for business. Although there were some shortcomings, overall I was satisfied. Enjoyed our breakfast with my friends from different countries. Special thanks to the lady chef who served the smoothie to our table. Eating hot bagels and warm croissants made me very happy. I really enjoyed the eggs benedict I ate, it was delicious and well presented. When I asked the female chef for the second time, this time she served it to our tables with the same delicious and beautiful visuals. He made us laugh with his short chat. Many thanks to chef Özlem, whose name we learned and seeing us off at the door, and Ercan at the door. See you again.

in Sheraton Istanbul, I had one of the best Holidays. the hotel is in the perfect location for holidays and business it's in the city and 15 minutes away from most of the historical attractions in Istanbul. The hotel team is a perfect want to make your stay perfect and they go out of their way to help and assist you. the front office staff is perfect, Ciler was very welcoming and we checked-in in a few minutes. Eren the concierge Agent will spare an effort or a question unanswered and will go out of the way to help you. Albert the Front office Manager is a gentleman and welcoming and helps you at any time. Yekta is number one and very helpful and really he is perfect for the Hospitality industry. at the breakfast Dinner, you will be welcomed by the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager Mr.Tansu with a gentle smile and welcome you. as well as the Food & Beverage Manager Mr. Onour will be waiting for you at the Restaurant Entrance to welcome you with a Charming Smile. At last, I must say the Door Man Mr. Hassan will never let you carry anything he takes it from you and delivers it to your room very quickly with a smile. Ojan the Guest Service Agent, goes out of the way to help you and meets you with a charming Smile. I must say my stay at Sheraton Istanbul was perfect and the team made perfect and they treat you like family. I would recommend it to all for Business & Leisure. The Management should be happy with such a team & Really I'm Writing this after a bad experience in another Hotel but Sheraton Hotel team made up for me and I had a perfect Holiday and I will come again to Istanbul and I will stay again in Sheraton Istanbul. There is not much else to say than ”impressive”. Been in Istanbul in many hotels, this one is really not the one I will use for most of my trips in the future. All is perfect, easy to reach and the facility and services allows you just why you are for in a hotel: ”relax and enjoy”. The breakfast is perfect and the price/value more than impressive (hopefully stays like that).

Good and fast entry procedures close to the Twibe Moutumer Hall.

Nice clean new hotel. Comfortable pillows and mattress, all the furniture was new, the room was clean. It's a 40-minute drive from the airport. The breakfast was quite decent, but the coffee was not very good.
