The location is very good, it is very convenient to various attractions, can be walked, suitable for couples and families. And the hotel is very clean, and the owner is warm and friendly, every day he asks if we need help. Every employee inside is very kind Seagulls can be seen flying over from the breakfast balcony; stay, children love it The boss gave us welcome drinks and small desserts. Next time if I come to Istanbul again, I will still choose here recommend

in Sheraton Istanbul, I had one of the best Holidays. the hotel is in the perfect location for holidays and business it's in the city and 15 minutes away from most of the historical attractions in Istanbul. The hotel team is a perfect want to make your stay perfect and they go out of their way to help and assist you. the front office staff is perfect, Ciler was very welcoming and we checked-in in a few minutes. Eren the concierge Agent will spare an effort or a question unanswered and will go out of the way to help you. Albert the Front office Manager is a gentleman and welcoming and helps you at any time. Yekta is number one and very helpful and really he is perfect for the Hospitality industry. at the breakfast Dinner, you will be welcomed by the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager Mr.Tansu with a gentle smile and welcome you. as well as the Food & Beverage Manager Mr. Onour will be waiting for you at the Restaurant Entrance to welcome you with a Charming Smile. At last, I must say the Door Man Mr. Hassan will never let you carry anything he takes it from you and delivers it to your room very quickly with a smile. Ojan the Guest Service Agent, goes out of the way to help you and meets you with a charming Smile. I must say my stay at Sheraton Istanbul was perfect and the team made perfect and they treat you like family. I would recommend it to all for Business & Leisure. The Management should be happy with such a team & Really I'm Writing this after a bad experience in another Hotel but Sheraton Hotel team made up for me and I had a perfect Holiday and I will come again to Istanbul and I will stay again in Sheraton Istanbul. Ibis Istanbul Zeytinburnu

We had a change of itinerary which meant that the hotel we booked was not in the ideal location for us and meant lot of going back and forth and as we had not booked free cancellation were able to modify or cancel the booking. There are places to eat nearby and a nice high street for breakfast, food, restaurants but not any convenience stores. There is a nice promenade for a walk however its a bit of a mission to cross to the other side of the busy road due to the fence. So you have to walk over the manned bridge. From there its a 1.5hours walk to Sultanahmet. There is no hotel shuttle so the only other option to get to the main sights is by taxi. In the winter time its not as bad maybe 10 minutes to Sultanahmet and 20 minutes to Galata Tower. The hotel is actually pretty decent, clean, bar area with free biscuits, luggage area. I wasn't too keen on the requirement to insert your card in the lift to use it, it had us confused esp as no one told us. They serve nice range of food at decent prices. The room was big enough for a couple, with all the standard mod cons like kettle, shower, free WIFI and also had a convenient chair, desk and couch. It also had a free safe which was easy to use and enough storage area. Room was clean and found the bed pretty comfortable. The sea view was great, maybe a room higher up might have been better.
Holiday Inn Istanbul City, an IHG Hotel

We stayed at the hotel in November 2023. Family of 4. therefore we booked 2 rooms. The hotel was able to reserve the rooms for us next to each, that was very convenient. Rooms: had everything we needed, I liked that there was no carpeting, I prefer bare floors as there’s no dust accumulating in the carpet. Our rooms faced the street and every morning we were woken up by Azan. Magical sound, yet very early, so, be aware of you like to sleep in. The mosque was right across from the hotel, I don’t know if you are able to hear it if you room is in the back. Excellent breakfast. Hot and cold items. We didn’t quite enjoy the dinner food. It was served a bit cold, took a long time (and we were the only one in the restaurant) and cost seemed a bit high for the items ordered. We only ate at the hotel restaurant one time, the evening we arrived, just for convenience. There are a few fast food places and small restaurants and cafes on the street where the hotel is, and because it’s not quite the city center, the prices are much better than around famous attractions. There is a grocery store across the hotel, you can buy some snacks or drinks. We bought cup o noodles there to eat in the evening as well. You can also buy famous Turkish coffee there, which is soooo much cheaper than in gift shops around attractions. There is a lady working at the front desk, Ezgi, she is so helpful and courteous. She is a true asset to the hotel’s team. Very knowledgeable. The hotel has a contracted taxi, I guess you can call it this, you can use the taxi to get to places in the city. You pay directly to the taxi driver. If you pay with a card, there is a surcharge fee. You can exchange money at the front desk. Perhaps the exchange rate was a bit less than in the city center center, but it felt safer for me to exchange money inside the hotel. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel. And the tram will take you directly to The Blue Mosque Area, Galata Tower, all the famous spots . We had water in our room every day, so we didn’t have to buy any extra bottles. The gym is on a small side but had good equipment. However the music is set to a very loud level. VERY loud. I asked the attendant to turn it down a bit and he said this is the requirement to have it that loud. Maybe for a large gym it would have been ok, but for a small area it was very uncomfortable. There is an outdoor pool, we didn’t use it since it was cold. We enjoyed hammam, nice relaxing place. We would stay at the hotel again if we are back in Istanbul. Reason for Visit:Family vacation
Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus

Besiktas
We enjoyed our stay at the Conrad Bosphorus. Beds were very comfortable and we had very good sleep. Amenities are good, toiletries by Byredo. Very good breakfast spread. While the location offers amazing views of the Bosphorus Strait, we found it quite difficult to get a taxi in this location. Otherwise no major complaints.
