We stayed here as a family and chose the hotel due to its location and also the Hilton brand. Every aspect and element of our stay was outstanding; from the welcome and check in process, the concierge, housekeeping, catering and reception desk - all outstanding and so detailed in the service they give to hosts. We particularly liked this hotel because whilst it's located in the old down district, it's amenities are highly modern, crisp and contemporary. We really enjoyed dining on the roof top terrace, adorned with an array of beautiful flowers and a cosmopolitan vibe. On Friday evenings the live music performance by a guitarist and singer made for a lovely dining experience complemented with delicious food (the tiramasu was one of the best I've ever had!). Our particular thanks to Gonca and the breakfast team for going out of their way to make us very well looked after and adorning our baby with love and lots of attention. We will most certainly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Istanbul - you will be very pleased

We stayed there last week of August 22 and encountered a number of issues. Firstly, our room wasn't ready the first night and we were given to separate rooms which split our family up. I wasn't happy about this but we had no choice. What was alarming that during our stay, I observed atleast 5 other families having similar issue as you can't help not noticing people complaining when you walk past reception. I think this is a scam by the hotel as they encourage the booking, take the money then the first night you not in the room you paid for. Also the photos on booking.com is a complete lie. The room we stayed in did not look anything like what was portrayed on the site. We booked two double beds but one of them is a sofa bed! Not comfortable and we did raise this but hotel couldn't care less. They couldn't offer us another room so we had no choice to accept it. Moving on, the stay itself was pleasant enough. Breakfast was decent (but orange juice is cordial!), swimming pools sauna steam rooms were great. There is also a huge jacuzzi bath which was nice. Hotel is located 10 mins walk to grand bazaar and 5 mins walk to nearest tram. Cleanliness is poor. I would rate 2 out of 5. Cleaner was in and out like a flash. Didn't do floor etc. I looked under bed and dust has been collecting for months and not cleaned. Overall ok hotel but expensive for the service we encountered. Would I return? Probably not unless hotel can improve its cleanliness and customer service. I should have been offered some sort of refund for the first night and the sofa bed.

This was one of the best hotels in Turkey. The great thing about it is that it has a car park. The looks of the hotel are amazing. Historia shopping mall is on the opposite street. Tram line is 2-3 minutes walk. Lots of shops around this area. This was all at an affordable price also. I will be booking again at this hotel and it is now one of my favourite hotels of Istanbul.

We really had an amazing experience staying here and with the tram stop within walking distance it was so easy to travel around the city. We really enjoyed the hotel restaurant food was on point and the shisha was really good. Spa facilities was ace! After a long day exploring the city it was good to relax and the spa is open till 10pm. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Holiday Inn Istanbul City, an exceptional hotel, IHG Group! We stayed there in June 2022, 9 days! ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS reception staff!!! We received, as it was my birthday, a business room of 55 square meters! With living room, bedroom, exceptional! Pool view! Also, the cleanliness is 100%! Very good location, right in the tram station, which has a separate line, so transport is not limited by road congestion. A bit disturbing is the fact that, sometimes, we had to leave the pool at 3 or 4 p.m. because sometimes they had wedding parties organized in the pool area. But these parties are very nice, not disturbing, because at 11 pm they were over. It is very easy to reach Florya beach, in approx. 30 minutes by MetroBus. We recommend!

The hall is littered with piles of huge plaid trunks. Hotel guests are of all skin colors. The hotel itself is quite modest. The receptionist Mustafa is just a sweetheart. Help, tell. The air conditioning in the room was humming but not cooling at all. The plumbing is leaking. The room and bathroom are cramped. Stuffiness. The bed is so-so... View from the window to the street. And there was a construction site at that time. Rumble - tin. Rats were often seen from the window on the construction site. Breakfast is more than modest.

The hotel would be ideal for young backpackers on a tight budget who want to stay close to the attractions around the Asian side of Turkey. The rooms literally had just enough space for a bed and to walk around it and the bathroom was the size of a tiny shower cubicle and was not ergonomic. They were clean though. There are other bigger rooms but it may be subject to availability. The halls, winding spiral stairs and the elevator were congested and tacky. The breakfast buffet was basic and decent. I would not recommend this hotel for adults and families who would prefer a decent stay with adequate amenities. The best thing was the hotel owner/staff were super polite and warm and that made the stay seem not so bad :) They helped and provided us with everything we asked for. They gave us genuine advice on taxis and sites to visit. It is situated in a ”modest” location. There are plenty of local stores for everything like your mobile phone needs, groceries, currency exchange and budget restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

I have stayed two weeks.room was specious and clean.staffs were friendly and helpfull specially at reception.the location of the hotel iş great .there are many shops and resturant and money changer around the hotel.it is close to metro station yenikapi which you can change the metro line(marmary express line which connect West of Istanbul to the east 5 minutes walk to aksary bazar 10 minutes walk to sultanahmat mosque 15 minutes to kumkapi street.break fast was good with varaties of food for all nations. There is a feriboat station near to hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Good day! Choose a hotel in Istanbul at price and quality, and never regretted, the hotel justifies all its good reviews. Adds: Next to the metro yenikapi, marmaray, tram t1. To all hand to serve, breakfast is excellent, 5 types of fruit. Apples, bananas, strawberries, ducks, plums, mandarins. 4 types of cheese, 4 types of varena, honey, all delicious snacks for breakfast, baking! We had so full breakfast that we had not had lunch during the day. Still 24-hour coffee and tea service free. Bring everything to the room. Every staff at the hotel is polite, there are two women speaking Russian, in the kitchen of Alibey, on the Respeaks Ferhat and other staff, were very polite and responded at once at any request. Towels changed every day, plumbing, cleanliness in the hotel is impressive. Even there are weights for those who want to know the weight of the baggage on the way back. Choose bold this hotel, you won't regret it. It was 4 arrivals to Istanbul, there is something to compare with. Now only here we'll stop
