Hotels in Sirkeci, Istanbul

I stayed at the Lalahan Hotel from 11 to 16 September. My flight arrived early hours of the morning of 11 September (I booked the room from the night before). The tram line runs right past the main etrance and therefore the airport shuttle could not drop me at the front door. He parked about a 3 minute walk away and helped me to push my luggage up the road. I was pleasantly surprised when the manager on duty met us halfway on foot and took over from the driver. Wifi was pure pleasure, super fast and never failed, which meant I could do some work on my laptop without issues. Breakfast was OK, I cannot compare it to any other hotels as this was my first time in Istanbul. However, it was more than adequate for my needs as it included fresh fruit, muesli, plain yoghurt, boiled eggs, cucumber, tomotoes, lovely olives and more. The tram stop was about a 4 minute walk from the hotel and what a pleasure to have such efficient transport on your doorstep! I will not hesitate to stay here again.

I would like to thank everyone in the hotel for their hospitality and for their help. Especially, I would like to thank Mr. Zafer, Mr.Jan, and Miss Batool for their help. I really had a good stay at the hotel. It is a clean and nice place to have a good vacation. Thank you all so much.

I have a very good experience in hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful . Specially front desk Elver and Mahmut. Next time when I will visit Istanbul , I will stay hotel My dream Istanbul hotel . Also they serve very good breakfast, on up floor with beautiful views on city and sea.

We have been coming to Yasmak Sultan 20 years . its our second home in İstanbul !!! We love the service here, tge staff very helpful always smiling🥰🥰🥰 the breakfast is so variaty you can find everything what you wish. We are coming with my family while we are İstanbul. The fisrt reason is the location of the hotel then kind staff here😇 we feel here as we are at home. THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF AND KIND SERVICE!!! WE WILL ABSOLUTELY COME BACK AGAIN!😍😍😋

Our stay was really pleasant and nice. The location of the hotel is great! Really close to all of the monuments, the city centre and good restaurants. You have everything you need on the same street. The staff is always friendly! At the reception Selim was really welcoming and helpful and also the guys at the breakfast service Mehmet and Yalain :) ( I hope I wrote the names right) The cleaning service also really good! At general a lovely stay for our first time in Istanbul.

Fantastic location near the ferry piers and tram line in bustling Istanbul giving good access to all parts of the city and old town easily walkable. Highly recommended for families as a stay includes access to swimming pools, hot tub and spa facilities which is essential for a summer break and tired legs, however, there were some areas of maintenance to attend for safety but overall we had a great time staying here. There is a rooftop pool with panorama views over water and city. The breakfast area is well stocked and can get very busy so best advised to come down a little earlier to get a seat. The staff are helpful and friendly, as can be said for the Turkish people of Istanbul in general. Many thanks for Habiba and Mehmet (hope names are right) who helped us find a taxi when our original arrangements fell through.

We travel quite a bit as a family ( 2 children ages 7 and 12 ) but don’t always review. This hotel deserves every accolade we could provide. We had a family connecting room which was great and a perfect amount of space for all. Having two bathrooms was a real plus! Beds were comfortable and the room servicing was impeccable. The people go above and beyond, are incredibly kind and hospitable. The hotel is very well kept, clean, and has such a special charm. It is perfectly located to everything in the Old Town and has a beautiful terrace to sit on and enjoy the view of the Bosphorus. We would sit out at night and watch the sun set with a glass of wine and Fanta for the kids. The breakfast is wonderful and excellent quality. Have it included in your stay if you can. It is worth it. We search for great food and this exceeded our expectation. It is so fresh and changes daily. The staff is attentive and so helpful. The shop directly beside, Tencer Gift Shop is so wonderful. The owner is so kind and generous. We recommend getting something from him over the Grand Bazaar. Overall we had an incredible experience at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you Sirkeci Mansion from the Canadian Family.

Excellent location. Walking distance to sightseeing attractions, shops, restaurants, cafes, transportation and entertainment. The area felt very safe to walk even late at night. The rooms are clean, linen, beds and pillows are great quality and comfortable. Best of all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. In particular Sedat and hotel manager who were a huge help to us during our stay. I highly recommend and will stay there again when we go back for another visit.
