I stayed at this hotel for 4 days during my quick holiday in Istanbul. Here is my first impression: What I liked: - good location. close to the city center and close to the public transport - good breakfast - the hotel has a pool and a sauna in the basement - the hotel is very clean and the service is good. What I didn't like: - the Wifi network is a complete disaster. If you stay at this hotel, you can simply forget about internet. The speen was so horrendously slow that I gave up and went to nearby restaurants to use the wifi - the bed wasn't confortable. The mattress is bouncing too much. - the pool has so much chlorine that you can't swim for more than 1-2 min.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Concierge was very helpful in providing information about what to do and where to eat around town.

Absolutely Perfact place for visitors. Very clean very nice and very convenient. Front Desk stuff are full of happy welcoming and always able to help you out. Morning breakfast is excellent with a lot of variety. Rooms are big with many kind of coffee and biscuits for free. Also available mini bar in room for those who they like alcohol. I am very satisfied give 10 out of 10 points

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in April 2022, we first intended to be here for a couple of days only but were pleasantly satisfied with all we were offered so we extended the visit for 4 night more. We were given better rooms than we have booked, by the way. The staff at a hotel is very accommodating, solved all our questions quickly, the breakfast if nice with rich choice of greens, cheeses, sausages, omlets, hot food and yummy Turkish helva. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet place in historical Fatih district with walking distance to Grand bazaar, Ayay Sifia, Blue mosque and other sights. Плюсы: Расположение отеля - рядом метро, трамвайные, автобусные остановки. Ремонт в отделе и номерах выполнен в современном стиле. В лобби и коридорах всегда чисто, аккуратно и приятно пахнет. WiFi, кондиционер и телевизор (даже с российскими каналами) в номере работали отлично. Банные принадлежности: тапочки, полотенца, мыло и туалетная бумага. Отель на свои 3 звезде отрабатывает, но не более. Минусы: Отдыхали с мужем 10 дней. Номер был не такой, как представлен на сайте. Жили на 4 этаже, номер был угловой, маленький и тесный даже для двоих. Банные принадлежности: неплохо было бы дополнить их банными халатами, при длительном пребывании в отеле это необходимая вещь. «Мини-бар» - это пустой холодильник, пара пакетиков кофе, чая и сахара, две бутылочки воды, а также, бумажные стаканчики, которые имеют свойство протекать, при заваривании в них кофе. Уборка в номера была относительно неплохой, стоить отметить, что чаевые оставлялись каждый раз, постельное белье меняли два раза. Завтраки: если вы останавливаетесь на пару дней, вероятно, что вас всё устроит, но в нашем же случае, уже на 4-5 день завтраки надоели, разнообразия никакого, всё очень приелось, каждое утро одно и тоже.

Booked a standard double room and it was awful. Immediately had to ask to change rooms, as the room was tiny, and felt worse than a premier inn or holiday inn unfortunately. We were given a deluxe double room instead but at a charge of 140 euros on top for 3 nights. Noticed the bathroom vent in the deluxe room was mouldy, and also when the temperatures became hotter in the evening the air conditioner was not cooling the room properly so it disturbed our sleep and caused a lot of discomfort negatively affecting the day ahead. For 2 days since landing the toaster was apparently broken in the breakfast area, so would be having eggs for breakfast without proper toast. They could have accommodated guests with alternative toasting via an oven for instance, but no. I complained to customer relations and the young lady who saw to me was VERY GOOD, she listened and provided room upgrade to what they had best on offer at the time. We were then given a room on the 5th floor with a view of the beautiful masjid opposite the hotel, and our window ledge was wide enough for us to sit and enjoy the view. Spa services were also nice, they're separate to the hotel but in the same building. Overall pleasant stay, good location near the Vezneciler metro station 3min walk away so in terms of getting about it was great. Hotel value was certainly not up there, it is overrated and should be slashed half a star.

A great place to stay, the hotel is close to public transport to the major attractions but you can also walk, which we did the first day to explore the neighborhood. Service is good, when we checked out we were able to store our luggage and even got help arranging taxi to the airport (he even got us a discount). Free breakfast is lovely and the terrace is open till midnight so you can chill and get yourself some complementary coffee tea and water. All and all a hotel that offers great value for the price. Would definitely recommend.

I booked this hotel from 1st of january 2020 till 6th january. the hotel is cheap with very friendly staff and great location, it was 3 minutes away from Laleli- istanbul University tramway station and 2 minutes away from Vezneciler Metro station. The breakfast was also good, offered a variety of cheese, jam, ham, and fresh fruits. The hotel is a little bit old, need a little bit of freshen up (don't expect a 5 stars hotel) but overall really good compared to its price range. will definitely book here again and recommend to friends.
