Not my first time in Istanbul, we have stayed always on the European side. I stayed at Kempinski, Raffels, the Hilton phosphorus and the intercontinental. This Wyndham property on the Asian side is as good as any of those in terms of services available. 2 pooled one on the roof. A nice spa and a great gym. The breakfast was as you would expect in any 5 state Turkish hotel, absolutely fabulous. The property is in walking distance to Baghdad street with all high end shops and restaurants. It’s also in close proximity to the marina with beachfront restaurants. Last but not least are the welcoming staff and the manager who were available and welcoming whenever you enter the from the door. Vacation well enjoyed.

I don’t even know how to title this, I am actually still at the hotel but I had to share this. The first negative impression you get just walking in. The smell in the hotel is incredible string and HORRIBLE. I don’t know how poor receptionists work in this smell. They probably wanted to style the hotel with some Asians perfume but it is just disgusting. People should do it. Next, the rooms are all old and unpleasant. There was a really nice guy at the reception that showed me 3 rooms, but even the biggest one is not nice. Then, we asked for the safe. They told us there should be one, but when there wasn’t they said we’ll bring one now. In 40 minutes there was still no safe although I walked to the reception to ask like 5 times but the response I got was “we have many guests and we te busy”. Same thing with conditioner not working. In 3 hours we were told that the whole conditioning system is not working. But really, even if everything worked well I would recommend this hotel. It’s just unpleasant and people generally travel to feel nice, which is a feeling you won’t get there. The only advantage for me was closeness to the beach as I love swimming. Other than that, a very negative impression.

On the one hand, there are some advantages, but to everyone you need to make a reservation: interesting design of rooms, as if modern, quite spacious - but already tired state, ergonomics on 3; close to the sea - but on the embankment of direct access is not, close to go, through the construction; next to the famous Bagdad Avenue, but not the best part of it, go through the garbage, construction.. Android on TV, but even the utube is not always pulling.. To get from here everywhere by taxi is necessary - in the European part in the morning 250 lira, in the evening back - 400~500 ((With transplants, metro, ferry - it is difficult, savings is not possible. Staff, cleaning 4-/3+.. And so the place is not bad, yes)

The hotel is very beautiful, pleasant, and the prospect appears in the night as a dream, because of the lights that illuminate it. All staff is very friendly, gentle and professional. I was pleased to hit the receptionist; a young man who greeted me with a very unique garb, showing absolutely admirable professionalism and spiritual goodness. Unlike her colleague, she was also at the reception, who was swept by all my requests.

I loved this hotel!! The main floor was very cool with all of the artwork and eventually I visited the gallery in the basement, what a nice bonus to be able to look at all of the beautiful and interesting artwork while at the hotel. Everyone was so nice. I had booked the trip quickly which didn't allow for much time to learn many Turkish words and phrases (which I think is the right thing to do and makes the trip more enjoyable), but the hotel staff spoke enough English for us to be able to communicate the necessary items. When we had a little problem with the shower handle, they were on top of it and had it fixed right away. I loved the marina view room - we had a little balcony and I liked to sit out there with the coffee I was able to make in the room, There was a small fridge which surprised me! The rooms are large and in perfect condition and smartly decorated. The bathroom was amazing, beautiful marble, very nice size. The opaque glass bathroom door wasn't my favorite (I prefer more privacy) but I saw that in the pics ahead of time and chose a room where the bathroom door was not visible from the room. The area was perfect for what I wanted, walkable to some other places to eat and some little markets so I could pick up fruit, snacks, water bottles, etc. The area was very residential with a mixed style of some older more traditional and many newer buildings. I would definitely go back to this hotel again.

Advantages, great location Close to all sizes of brands, suitable for shopping, serving Turkish style is very warm. Disadvantages, the room quilt is stuck with some flying bats, it feels not too good, the quilt is a little hard and uncomfortable, the house facilities are quite old, the balcony door is not locked, and the safety of a girl alone will be insufficient, due to the proximity to the shopping street. Sleeping at night is inevitably a bit noisy, like a quiet little friend needs to think twice. The hotel does not provide breakfast, it can be eaten nearby, it is very suitable for bringing children, the room is big enough

Seven Hills Palace & Spa is a wonderful hotel! The service is personal and attentive, and the facilities are very beautiful. We booked a Deluxe Sea View room overlooking the Bosphorous and the outdoor pool on the ground floor, which was very nice. They also have a sauna and steam room available to guests at no charge for 30 minutes each day. Do remember to pre-book. The restaurant on the property is called Vitale and you will not get a better meal in Istanbul! The breakfast is also expansive and includes traditional Turkish breakfast dishes. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I feel the hotel is a bit over-priced for the accommodations. Our room was quite small and I had hoped for a balcony after paying a lot more for a Deluxe Sea View room. We stayed at another hotel in Istanbul that was half the price with same level of service and arguably better facilities, and also closer to the attractions in Sultanahmet. Again, I cannot fault Seven Hills for anything during our stay, but the price is very high considering the facilities.
