Great hotel with the sea view. Close to marmaray and 5 min walk away from new luxury compound where the nice restaurants are located along the cute streets. Suite room is my favorite one as it has quite big bathroom with shower and tub. Another great advantage are opening windows so you can have a fresh air breath from the sea. Restaurant is very comfortable and well designed. Meals taste great and fresh. Reception staff is not always useful but some of them are trying to be. Hotel has got the open air pool near the reception and has a common area with ibis hotel in case you need to switch to cheaper option during your stay. In general it deserves its stable 4 stars with plus.

The staff was amazing and we enjoyed the indoor pool , the view for outdoor pool was amazing. And we meet a gentleman by the name of levent Guest Relations Manager he was so helpful

Only by controlling what I look for in internet deserves a zero points , not even Booking can be checked . Small rooms for a 5* hotel. Small details like having water to drink in the sauna instead of paying for it, says a lot about the hotel. On the first room offered on the first floor facing a wall , after saying that there were not more rooms , there was a nice big mantis on the curtains and suddenly there was an empty room on an top floor. Small detail!! Breakfast is ok, nothing remarcable . The staff were nice and educated but they don’t deliver what they say they would after apologizing , not many English speaking but I was neither a Turkish speaker so can’t complain about it. It’s a cheap hotel that doesn’t deserve a 5* category but 4* and doubting about it.

For me it is one of the best hotels I have visited in the world, excellent customer service, excellent work staff, very good prices, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bed is super large with a large space to rest, a large bathroom with hot water 24 hours a day, air conditioning 24 hours a day, in a few words it is a 5-star Hotel 🌟 with a wonderful a**osphere to rest. I stayed for 5 days and I felt better than at home and All the work staff are very professional, especially Cihat Varol, who assisted me at all times and who helped me recover one of my lost suitcases at the airport.
