Ersin and the staff in general are very helpful.
Good location with a mall nearby, grocery shops and restaurants. Close location to the airport in case of night flight.
The staff helped us with the transfer to the airport.
It’s a good hotel. Need to pay Turkish Lira 500 from Istanbul airport to this hotel. Distance is less than 10kms. Value for money. It’s a new property. All the front desk staffs are very nice people and they are good in caring their guests. An average breakfast.
They made a huge mess with my booking.
As me and my daughter were going to arrive at the hotel around 7am after a 13hr flight, I booked the night before as well to make sure the room w’d be ready when we arrive, even emailed the hotel to let them know, and paid for a better room. When we arrived they put us in a cheaper room so I complained and they said if we want to go to our room we w’d have to wait as it was not going to be ready till 9:30am when the room supposed to be ready the day before. That’s is unacceptable and show how messy this place is.
When asked the lady at the reception what happened, she didn’t even looked at my face and only said she had no idea and nothing she could do and I had to wait til 9:30.
Overall, an average 3 star hotel. Very cheap, so you get what you pay for basically. Rooms are very dark and small can barely open one luggage. Think in the booking it said 26 square meters, but it’s definitely not, w’d say it’s less then 20.
The boys that help to carry the luggage are very nice and helpful and the restaurant staff too.
But the lady (actually didn’t get her name, is the one with glasses) from the reception had such and arrogant attitude. Not helpful at all, anything you ask her she will barely answer and don’t even make eye contact. She talked with me looking at the computer, such a weird attitude. She definitely needs to be trained to work with customer service.
Breakfast not worth the cost. Lots of packed food like cookies, wafers. They have black coffee but if you want another type of coffee they will charge you extra.
Pillows are hard and very uncomfortable. So if you coming from a long flight, you probably will have a really bad sleep.
If you can pay a little bit extra to stay in another hotel , do it, and don’t regret it like I did.

It was great to stay at Elite Hotel in Istanbul Airport. Cleaning, comfort and staff interest was perfect. The closeness to the airport is also a great advantage. I absolutely recommend.
The hotel is very good for the price. Good location from Istanbul Airport 20 to 30 min away depending on traffic. Staff were excellent. The taxi driver dropped us at the back door which didn't look inviting. The front door looks okay. A lot of nice restaurants are near the hotel.
Had a great night between flights. Had a layover for a day, needed a quiet comfortable room. Everything is as in the photo and in the description + breakfast, unlike many other reviewers, I really liked it! At the reception in both shifts there were Russian-speaking administrators. Very close to the airport, quiet, stylish rooms, large comfortable bed, good bathroom, clean!
The only thing: I had something with the Internet, but I was too lazy to go to the reception to find out, I think the issue can be resolved)
The room is good, clean, convenient. Breakfast is very poor, just completely. The entrance lock broke, waited about an hour. The rest liked it, but of course plastic flowers everywhere, I would clean up, obvious overload.
This was my first stay at this hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed with all the comforts provided. The hotel is brand new, with exceptionally clean and well-furnished rooms. I especially enjoyed the delicious, freshly prepared breakfast served in my room.
I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to the hotel manager and the reception team, particularly Ms. Selma, for her warm welcome and outstanding service. Special thanks also to Mr. Emir for his attentive support and guidance with all my needs.
I will definitely be back next time! I wish the hotel continued prosperity and worldwide recognition.

Amazing
GGuest UserPhotos on the site are real. The view from the window is amazing at sunset.
The hotel has only 5 rooms and they are always busy.
A little corrupt the impression of the road to the hotel, but on the day of departure, the bruschat is already placed. Near the hotel is a view area with a beacon (acting), you can get a caifane from the view on the sea. The beach is a kind of declared, but you can only swim on the wagons in a calm weather, and it is not easy to go to it. Sand beaches are down the road.
Turkish breakfast in the hotel is good and delicious. There is a restaurant at the hotel, but as usual everything is three times more expensive than in the city.
To the airport 20 minutes by taxi, be ready - taxi from the application almost not really call, from 10 to 12 taxi to Karaburun almost no. We need transportation, agree a little in advance on the recession, there will be twice more expensive than the usual taxi, but will be Mercedes Vita convenient.
In general impression good, the price counts overpriced interest on 20-30, but location and types compensate ...
GGuest UserI am from South Korea. At first , Arnavutkoy is nice province to visit. There are amazing 3 Camii which are Tasoluk,Mezkez and sidik. When I stayed in Golden River hotel for 5days,
I felt so comfortable just like my home. That's because hotel members are all kind n served customers with a sincere mind . Manager Irfan is a man of dignity .I respect him n never forget . He really wanted to offer great service for the guests . so impressed .
And I want to appreciate again Altan ,Fatime n Surreya, who was a police officer ( of course, including the owner of the hotel . I have already been to Turkiye 5 times n usually stayed for 15days each visits .So stayed so many hotels . You won't regret if u r a guest of this hotel .I still feel so good smiling ,thinking hotel members . That's a quite a unforgettable memory. Thanks again !
LLucasMFThe front desk was super nice, easy and quick check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony.
If you are staying overnight, beware that it is a route for the planes descending to IST airport. I slept anyway because I was very tired from the previous flight. Recommended!
นนกเธอมันเริสที่สุดYou can take the subway from the airport to the last station, but it's a long walk. You can also take the bus, but the bus size is very small. If you come at a time There are a lot of people, definitely not able to get on. It is recommended to take a taxi from the airport, costing about 400 baht to the hotel, because if you take the subway, if you get to the wrong door, you will have to see your luggage up the hill. If you don't have enough strength, it's dangerous. It's recommended to take a taxi, rather than the hotel itself providing the service. Good, like a good hotel in Thailand but without windows. The air conditioner needs to be turned on for a long time in order for him to cool down.
JJulaiha BaharudinThe best hotel so far as it gives good n friendly service(Staff-Rabiah),linient in check out time- checked out at 1pm,has food delivery service n reasonable airport transportation.Hotel has electric kettle, coffee, tea, sugar sachets, soap n shampoo plus hair dryer.
SShanna Flores/I had a night before I flew out to Greece and the room here was very nice and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a yummy restaurant across the hotel.
GGuest UserFrom Istanbul Airport to the hotel 20km. A nice little hotel by the Black Sea. The room is clean and has a sea view room. The first floor is a restaurant and bar. The boss is a young man who runs the hotel by himself and is very capable.
OOlyaMThis is my second time staying at this hotel. It's near the airport, very convenient - it's a 20-minute drive.
Today I was woken up by a call (I asked to be woken up in the evening) half an hour later.
And there's a nuance with the taxi. I went to the hotel for 350 lira, and in the morning they charged me 900. Already when boarding the meter showed 220 lira - apparently the hotel service. Plus the driver talks, distracts and gets distracted himself. And time flies ((.
That's why I recommend installing a local taxi app or Uber.
Otherwise, everything is OK: clean, neat, convenient and inexpensive for transit (if you don't take into account the taxi).
SSeyit Şahin GüneşIt's a very pleasant place. Bungalov also hosted *** the meat is comfortable and clean. There is a shirt, a chair for you. Sheep, goats and goats are walking inside and loved themselves:)
The owners and staff are very sincere laughterful and hot-blooded people. They meet every needs at the moment. I'm glad to know them.
